<br />In the Matter of the Estate of Bertha Zlomke, deceased
<br />I, Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that
<br />on the 16th day of September 1946, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament
<br />of Bertha Zlomke deceased, was filed for t)robate in this Court. That on the 9th day of October,
<br />1946, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and
<br />allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Bertha Zlomke,
<br />deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court,
<br />this 9th day of October, 1946.

<br />and said Ethel E. Zlomke named in said Will, was appointed Executrix thereof upon her furnishing
<br />bond in the sum of $1,000.00 as ordered by this Court, which bond was furnished and approved;
<br />the Court further finds that said Bertha Zlomke, at the time of her death, was a widow and that
<br />she left the following heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law, to -wit: Bernhard W. Zlomke, a son;
<br />Arthur E. Zlomke, a son; Calvin A. Zlomke, a son; Ella M. Johnson, a daughter; Bertha H. Lueth,
<br />a daughter also sometimes known as Bertha. H. Leuth; Edna E. Jacobsen, a daughter; Ethel E.
<br />Zlomke, a daughter; Florence E. Berger, a daughter; Irma M. MencK, a daughter; Gladys V. Wynn,
<br />a daughter; Edwin F. Zlomke, a son, named in said Will, having preceded said Testatrix in death
<br />leaving him no issue s�zrviving; and. Ida C. Zlomke, a daughter, named in said Will, who is also
<br />known as Ida 7lomke, having preceded said Testatrix in death leaving her no issue surviving.
<br />FOURTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 9th day of October, 1946, an order of this Court was
<br />made allowing creditors three months from and after the 6th day of Nevember 1946, in which
<br />to file their claims against said estate and the Executrix one year in which to settle said
<br />estate, and further ordering that notice to dreditors be published in the Grand Island Independ-
<br />ent, a legal newspaper published and. circulating in Hall C -unty, Nebraska for three successive
<br />weeks prior to the 6th day of November 1946 and that a hearing on claims filed against said
<br />estate would be held at the office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska on the 7th day of
<br />February 1947 at 9 o'clock A.M., and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was
<br />published as ordered by this Court.
<br />FIFTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 10th day of February, 1947, said Ethel E. Zlomke filed
<br />In this Court her inventory of the property of said estate, and that according to said inventory,
<br />the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described property, to -wit:
<br />An undivided 55/75 interest in Lot Sixteen (16) of Ross and Ashton Park, located and being a
<br />sub- division of a part of Lots Fourteen (14) and Eighteen (18) of the County Sub - division of the
<br />West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W21St414) and a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(E2 SWU of Section Fifteen (15 ) in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) , West of the 6th
<br />P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, value $6550.00.
<br />Chattel property of the value of $3,695.11.
<br />The Court further finds that according to the terms, conditions and provisions of said Last
<br />Will and. Testament of said deceased, said property was devised and bequeathed unto Bernhard W.
<br />Zlomke, Arthur- E. Zlomke, Calvin A. Zlomke, Ella M. Johnson, Bertha H. Lueth, Edna E. Jacobsen,
<br />Ethel E. Zlomke, Florence E. Gerger Irma M. Menck,, and Gladys V. Wynn, share and share alike,
<br />in fee simple absolute.
<br />SIXTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 7th day
<br />made allowing the claim of Citizens Mutual Fire
<br />Nebr. in the sum of $5.55 and. barring-the filin
<br />and enjoining and excluding the holders thereof
<br />against said estate.
<br />SEVENTH
<br />of February, 1947, an order of this Court was
<br />Assessment Insurance Association of Grand Island,
<br />of any and all other claims against said estate,
<br />from setting up or asserting any such claims
<br />The Court further finds that all claims against said estate, including the costs of
<br />administration hereof, have been fully paid by-said Executrix and that the final report is true
<br />and correct in 911 respects and should be approved and allowed; that said. Executrix has specifically
<br />waived any and all claims to any fees due her as Executrix in this estate and that there remains
<br />in her hands the sum of ?335.47, which sum according to the terms and provisions of said Last
<br />Willand Testament is payable as follows: Bernhard W. Zlomke $33.54, Arthur E. Zlomke $33.54,
<br />Calvin A. Zlomke $33.54, Ella M. Johnson $33.54, Bertha H. Lueth $33.54, Edna E. Jacobsen $33.54,
<br />Ethel E. Zlomke 033.84, Florence E. Berger $33.54, Irma M. Menck. $33.54, Gladys V. Wynn $33.54,
<br />that there is due and payable to the County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska, no inheritance
<br />tax whatsoever the total value of said estate as of the time of the death of said Testatrix
<br />being $10,548.11.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Ethel
<br />E. Zlomke, Executrix be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as such; that the property
<br />described in paragraph Fifth hereof was devised and bequeathed according to the terms and
<br />conditions of said Last Will and Testament of said Bertha Zlomke, deceased, unto Bernhard W.
<br />Zlomke, Arthur E. Zlomke, Calvin A. Zlomke, Ella M. Johnson, Bertha H. Lueth, Edna E. Jacobsen,
<br />Ethel E. Zlomke, Florence.E. Berger Irma M. Menck;_ and Gladys V. Wynn, share and share alike;
<br />that said Ethel-E. Zlomke has made full and complete distribution of said estate according to
<br />said Will, including the remaining $335.47 balance on hand shown in her final report herein
<br />filed and has filed receipts with this Court showing distribution thereof and.nayment to the
<br />respective legatees named in said Will and that she therefore be and hereby is discharged, her
<br />bond released and said estate fully administered, settled and closed.
