<br />NOW, bn this 25th day of February, 1944, this cause came on to be heard upon the final
<br />account and-petition for discharge of Robert B. Hilsabeck, Administror of the Estate of
<br />Burtrum J. Hilsabeck, Deceased, the assessment of inheritance tax, i any, and the distribution
<br />of the personal property of.said estate, the assignment of the real estate of said estate, and
<br />the evidence, and was submitted to the Court on consideration whereof the Court finds that due
<br />and legal notice of the time and place of hearing on said final account, petition for discharge
<br />and the assessment of inheritance tax, if any, has been given to all persons interested in said
<br />estate as provided by law. There upon, the Court being fully advised in the premises finds as
<br />follows:
<br />1. That the said final account of the said Robert B. Hilsabeck, Administrator of the
<br />Estate of Burtrum J. Hilsabeck, is in all respects joist, true and correct; that due notice to
<br />creditors has been given; that all expenses of administration of said estate have been duly paid;
<br />that all claims allowed against said estate have been duly paid and any and all claims not
<br />filed against said estate have been duly barred.
<br />2. The Court finds that Burtrum J. Hilsabeck was also known as B. J. Hilsabeck.
<br />3. The Court further finds that at the time of the death of Burtrum J.' Hilsabeck he left
<br />as his sole and only heir at law his son, Robert B. Hilsabeck.
<br />4. The Court further finds that Burtrum J. Hilsabeck was the owner at the time of his
<br />death of the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Undivided one -half (112) interest in the North Fourteen (14), feet of Lot One (1), Block One
<br />(1), Blythe's First Addition and Lots One (1) and Two (2), Blythe's Second Addition to the
<br />Village of Kenesaw, Adams County, Nebraska;
<br />Undivided one -fifth (1 5th) interest in the Southeast uarter (SE`) of Section Eight (8),
<br />Township Nine (9), North, Range Nine (9), West of the P. M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE4NE4) of Section Thirty -one (31), Township Two
<br />(2), North, Range Fourteen (14), West of the 6th P. M., in Franklin County, Nebraska;
<br />Lots Five (5) and Six (6), Block Three (3), Village of Henry, Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot Two (2), Block Two (2), Village of Henry, Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot Three (3) and the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SE4 NWT-) and the East Half of
<br />the Southwest Quarter (EJSW4), all in Section Five (5), Township Twenty -three (23), North,
<br />Range Fifty -seven (57), in Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska;
<br />South Half of the Northwest Quarter (SOW4) and the North Half of the Southwest Quarter (NJSW4)
<br />and the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE4NW4) of Section Twenty -seven (27),
<br />Township Twenty -three (23), North, Range Fifty -eight (55) in Scotts Bluff County, Nebraska,
<br />except a tract of two acres in the northwest corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
<br />Quarter thereof.
<br />North Half of Northeast Quarter (N2NE4-)• East HAlf of the Northwest Quarter (EiNW}); Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NEiNC, Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SW4NE4);
