<br />South Half of Southeast Quarter (S1 SEJ) of Section Twenty -one (21), Township Eleven (11)
<br />North,Range Eleven (11) West of 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />Undivided one -third interest in North Half of Southeast Quarter MSEU of Section Thirty -
<br />three (33), Township Eleven (11) North,Range Eleven (11), West of 6th P.M. in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />That the deceased received a title to a portion of said real estate in the name of Agnes DeBoer,
<br />but that-Agnes F. DeBoer and Agnes DeBoer were one and the same persons.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final account of the
<br />administrator herein be allowed and approved; that the balance of Three Thousand and no /100
<br />Dollars ($3000.00) in the hands of said administrator be distributed to the heirs at law of the
<br />deceased as follows: To Francis L. DeBoer $750.00; to Howard L. DeBoer $750.00; to Nadine Armstrong
<br />$750.00; and to Robert E. DeBoer $750.00; that the real estate described in the 7th finding herein
<br />be, and it is hereby assigned according to law to the heirs of said deceased as follows: to
<br />Francis L. DeBoer, Howard L. DeBoer, Nadine Armstrong and Robert E. MBoer, each an undivided one -
<br />fourth.interest therein.
<br />And Whereas, it appears that J. W. DeBoer, the administrator of this estate, has faithfully
<br />performed all things required of him as such administrator and that he has fully accounted for
<br />and administered all of this estate which has come into his possession or knowledge, it is, there-
<br />fore, ordered that the final account of said administrator be allowed and approved, that he be
<br />continued in office as such administrator for the purpose of distributing the residue of the
<br />personal property of this estate according to the terms of this decree and that upon filing
<br />receipts showing payment and distribution thereof, he be discharged and his bondsmen be released
<br />from further liability.

<br />FINAL DECREE IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />In the Matter of the Estate of
<br />°KATHRYN ROWLAND, FINAL DECREE
<br />Deceased.
<br />Now on this 10th day of March, 1947, this matter came on to be heard upon the final acc unt of
<br />the administratrix, Erma Rowland;, and the petition for settlement thereof, sand -nearing, aving
<br />begin continued from February 26th, 1947; The administratrix, Erma Rowland, was
<br />present in person. Evidence was taken and this matter was submitted to the court and on con -
<br />sideration thereof the court finds that said account is in all respect just, true and correct,
<br />that the said administratrix has received no sums of money whatsoever belonging to said estate;
<br />that the limes of expense have been paid out of the pocket of said administratrix for which she
<br />makes no claim whatsoever, and that said items of expense are proper charges in the administration
<br />of said estate.
<br />The court further finds that Kathryn Rowland, deceased, late of the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County Nebraska, departed this life on the 10th day of August, 1945, leaving no last will and
<br />testament and that the following named persons, Willis Rowland, Los Angeles, California; Ray-
<br />mond Rowland, Los Angeles, California; Alvin Rowland, Cheyenne, Wyoming; Harold Rowland, Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, sons; Mildred Rowland. Fern Rowland Wagner, Erma Rowland, Wanita Rowland, and
<br />Inez Rowland, daughters, all of Grand Island, Nebraska; are the heirs and only heirs of the said
<br />Kathryn Rowland, deceased, and that the aforesaid mentioned heirs are entitled to an equal share
<br />of the assets of the said estate of Kathryn Rowland, deceased. ,
<br />The court further finds that there are no sums of money or items of personal property to be
<br />distributed among the heirs of said estate and that said estate is not of sufficient value to
<br />warrant the payment of any inheritance taxes.
<br />The court further finds that the said Kathryn Rowland, deceased, at the time of her death was
<br />seized in fee simple of the following described real estate to -wit:
<br />An undivided one -third interest in and to the real estate known and described as Lot Six (6),
<br />in Block Eighty -six (86), in Wheeler & Bennett's Fourth Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />And said real estate is hereby assigned as follows:
<br />An undivided one -ninth interest to Willis Rowland; an undivided one -ninth interest to Raymond
<br />Rowland; an undivided one -ninth interest to Alvin Rowland; an undivided one -ninth interest to
<br />Harold Rowland; sons; an undivided one -ninth interest to Mildred Rowland; an undivided one -ninth
<br />interest to Fern Rowland Wagner; an undivided one -ninth interest to Erma Rowland; an undivided
