<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the estate is not subject to an inheritance tax under the laws
<br />of the State of Nebraska, nor to a federal estate tax under the laws of the United States.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the said Esther Dunkelberger was possessed of the following
<br />described real estate or interest in real estate in the State of Nebraska at the time of her

<br />THE COURT F?'RTHER FINDS that the aforosaid real estate passed and descended upon the death of
<br />Esther Dunkelberger to Jesse Dunkelberger an undivided one -third (113) thereof, and to the seven
<br />children hereinabove named each an undivided 2121 therein, to have and to hold the same forever.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final Report of the
<br />Overland National Bank, of Grand Island, Nebraska, administrator of the estate of Esther Dunkelberger;
<br />deceased, be and the same is in all things approved and allowed as and for the Final Report of
<br />said administrator and that the administrator is hereby ordered to distribute any casb' on hand,
<br />113 to Jesse Dunkelberger and 213 to the guardian of the seven minor children, and that said
<br />estate is hereby settled and closed and. said administrator discharged, and the sureties on said
<br />bond released from further liability upon filing of receipts showing final distribution of moneys
<br />on hand.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having claims
<br />against said estate, if any such there be, are forever barred, enjoined, and excluded from asserting
<br />or setting up any such claim against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate or interest in
<br />real estate hereinabove described passed and descended to Jesse Dunkelberger ant °.undivided 1/3, �.nd

<br />Arthur C:. Menck, praying for a settlement of the estate of said deceased, for a determination of
<br />the heirs, and the right of descent of her real estate and the degree of kinship of her heirs -at-
<br />law, and for a decree settling her estate.
<br />And it appearing to the Court from the proofs on file herein, that due and legal notice has
<br />been given by publication for three successive weeks as by law, and the order of this Court
