<br />owned or hereafter acquired I give devise and bequeath unto my beloved son, Lester G. Schultz
<br />of Morrill, Nebraska and unto his heirs and assigns forever.
<br />5. I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved son, Lester G. Schultz executor of this, my last
<br />will and testament and request he be required to give no bond or undertaking for the faithful
<br />performance of his duties other than his own personal undertaking.

<br />County Judge. In the matter of the estate of Mary V. Schultz, deceased, I Ted R. Feidler, County
<br />Judge in and for said county, do hereby certify that on the 16th day of July, A.D. 1946, the in-
<br />strument purporting to be the last will and testament of Mary V. Schultz, deceased, was filed for
<br />probate in this Court. That on the 8th day of August, A.D. 1946, said instrument to which this
<br />is attached was duly proved, probated, and allowed, as the last will and testament of the said
<br />Mary V. Schultz, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court
<br />aforesaid.

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />IN THE PATTER OF THE ESTATE �
<br />OF FINAL DECREE
<br />ESTHER DUNKELBERGER, DECEASED
<br />Now on this 19th day of February, 1947, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report
<br />of the Overland National Bank, of Grand Island, Nebraska, the duly appointed, qualified and
<br />acting administrator of the estate of Esther Dunkelberger, deceased, upon the Petition of the
<br />administrator for the allowance of an approval of said report, settlement of said estate and its
<br />discharge herein, said hearing having been continued from December 18th, 1946, and the court
<br />being fully advised in the premises finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons
<br />of the time and place fixed by the court for the hearing upon said Final Report, and there being
<br />no objections thereto and the court having examined the same, together with the vouchers on file,
<br />finds that said report is true and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the
<br />Final Report of the said administrator, said estate settled and closed and the administrator
<br />discharged.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that the said Esther Dunkelberger departed this life on the 6th day
<br />of June, 1946, and that at the time of her death she was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; that she died intestate and that a Petition for letters of administration was filed on
<br />the 7th day of June, 1946, asking that said estate be admitted to probate and that letters of
<br />administration be issued to Jesse Dunkelberger or some other suitable person to be appointed by
<br />the court upon the goods, chattels, real estate, rights and credits of the said Esther Dunkelberger,
<br />deceased, and that upon a hearing held upon said Petition after notice was duly given to all
<br />persons interested in said estate, said estate was admitted to probate on the 15th day of July,
<br />1946, and letters of administration were duly issued by this court to the Overland National Bank,
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />and place fixed by the court for filing claims against the estate of the said deceased, and that
<br />the time so fixed has fully expired and that all persons having claims against said estate who
<br />have not filed within the time limited by the court are forever barred and excluded from setting
