<br />WILL AND DECREE RECORD
<br />20081 —The Augustine Co., Grand Island, Nebr.
<br />and bequeath said sum of $2,000.00 to her living issue,equally,share and share alike.
<br />XV.
<br />In the event that my nephew Otto Schwartz, of Grand Island,Nebraska,survives me,then I give and
<br />bequeath to him the sum of J2, OOO.00.If he show l.d die prior to my death,then I give and bequeath
<br />said sum of $2,000.00 to his wife,if living,and his living issue,equally,share and share alike.
<br />XVI.
<br />In the event that my nephew Walter N.Nielsen,of Seattle,Washington,survives me,then I give and
<br />bequeath to him the sum of 2,000.00.If he should die prior to my death,then I give and bequeath
<br />the sum of $100.00 to his adopted. on,Robert Nielsen,if living,and the balance of this bequest
<br />to his sister,Clara Nielsen Zieg other,Elmer E.Nielsen,of Grand Island,Nebraska.If the said Clara
<br />Nielsen Zieg and Elmer E.Nielsen,or either of them,should die prior to my death,then the bequests
<br />provided in this paragraph for them,or either of them,shall go to their living issueequally share
<br />and share alike.
<br />XVII.
<br />In the event that my nephew Elmer E.Nielsen,of Grand Island,Nebraska,survives me,then I give and
<br />bequeath to him the sum of 2,000.00. If he should die prior to my death,then I give and bequeath
<br />said sum of $2,000.00 to his sister,Clara Nielsen Zieg.If the said. Clara Nielsen Zieg shall die
<br />prior to my death,then I give the bequest provided for her in this paragraph to her living issue,
<br />equally,share and share alike.
<br />XVIII.
<br />In the event that my niece,Clara Nielsen Zieg,of Grand Island,Nebraska,survives me,then I give
<br />and bequeath to her the sum of $2,000.00.if she should die prior to my death,then I give and
<br />bequeath said sum of $2,000.00 to her living issue,equally,share and share alike.
<br />XIX.
<br />In the event that my niece,Nellie Stehr Traill,survives me,then I give and bequeath to her the
<br />sum of $2,000.006 If she should die prior to my death,then I give and bequeath said sum of $2,000.00
<br />to her living issue,equally,share and share alike.
<br />XX.
<br />In the event that my nephew, Richard Stehr, of Grand Island,Nebraska,survives me,then I give and
<br />bequeath to him the sum of $2,000.00.If he should die prior to my death,then I give and bequeath
<br />said sum of $2,000.00 to his wife,Myrtle Stehr.If he and she should d 4 prior to my death,then I give and
<br />bequeath said sum of $2,000.00 to my niece,Nellie Stehr Traill,and if, ould die prior to my death,
<br />then I give and bequeath said sum of $2,000.00 to her living issue,equally,-share and share alike.
<br />XXI. -
<br />In the event that my nephew Ernest Stehr,of Grand Island,Nebraska,survives me,then I give and
<br />bequeath to him the sum of J2,000.00.If he should die prior to my death,then I give and bequeath
<br />said sum of $2,000.00 to his wife,Bessie Stehr.If the said Bessie Stehr shall die prior to my
<br />death,then this bequest shall lapse and form a part of the residue of my estate.
<br />XXII.
<br />In the event that Mary Nielsen Zieg and Betty June Zieg,of Grand Island,Nebraska,survive me,then I
<br />give and bequeath to them,all my stock in the Skinner Manudacturing Company of Omaha,Nebraska,
<br />provided I have not disposed of the same during my lifetime.If either of them shall die prior o
<br />my death,then the survivor shall take and receive all of this bequest.If both of them die prioff
<br />to my death,then this bequest shall lapse and form a part of the residue of my estate. If I
<br />should dispose of said stock during my lifetime,this bequest will be revoked.
<br />XXIII.
<br />All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate I give and bequeath as follows:
<br />(a).To the said Hilda Holly,Kenneth Kuster,Bessie Kuster Ginn,Rudolph N.Kuester and Hedwig Hann,to each
<br />an undivided 1137th thereof.
<br />(b) . To the said Emma Schwartz, Otto Schwartz, T *falter N. Nielsen, Elmer E. Niel sen, Clara Nielsen Zieg,
<br />Nellie Stehr Traill,Richard Stehr and Ernest Stehr,to each-an-undivided 4 /37th thereof.
<br />XXIV.
<br />In the event that any of the beneficiaries named in Paragraph XXIII.shall die prior to my death
<br />leaving lawful issue him or her surviving,then such living issue shall take the share of such
<br />beneficiary or beneficiaries as does not survive me, equally, share and share alike.
<br />In the vent that ny of the beneficiaries named in Paragraph XXIII shall the prior to my death
<br />leaving no lawful issue him or her surviving,then the legacy -and bequest provided for such bene-
<br />ficary or beneficiaries shall lapse and the same shall go to the remaining beneficiaries named in
<br />said Paragraph XXIII hereof in the same share and proportion as provided therein.
<br />The intention being that the bequests provided for each of the beneficiaries named in Section (b)
<br />of said Paragraph XXIII shall be four times the bequests provided for each of the beneficiaries
<br />named in Section (a) of said Paragraph XXIII.
<br />XXV. ,
<br />I have made this will with full knowledge of the fact that I have other relatives whom I have not
<br />mentioned herein,and have purposely excluded from-participating in my estate for reasons which I
<br />deem adequate and fair.
<br />XXVI.
<br />I hereby revoke any and all other wills by me made.
