KUESTER. I, Augusta I. Kuester, of (bard Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this my last will and testament. 1. I hereby appoint Emil F. Roeser and Henry P. Zieg, of Grand Island, Nebraska, executors of this my last will and testament, and in the event that either of them, for any reason shall fail to qualify and act, as such executor, or either of them should die, resign or be removed, then the survivor shall act as sole executor. In the event that both of them, for any reason ehall fail to qualify and act as such executor, or if they should both die, resign or be removed, then the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska, shall appoint a successor, as executor,.and the executor so appointed by said court shall be vested with the same powers and rights, and shall be subject to the same limitations as the executors herein named. I hereby appoint H.G. Wellensiek, of Grand Island, Nebraska, attorney for"the executors named herein and my estate. 11. I direct my executors, their successor or successors, to pay all my just debts, expenses of my last sickness and death, inheritance and estate taxes, and the costs of admitting this will to probate and administering my estate, as soon after my demise as can be conveniently done, and from any money or property that comes into their hands, and belonging to my estate. I desire to be buried in the Grand Island Cemetery on the lot of Henry Hann. III. For the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this will, I hereby authorize, direct and empower my said executors, their successor and successors, to sell and convey any and all personal and real property of my estate, except such part thereof as is specifically devised and bequeathed herein, at such times and on such terms, at either public or private sale, as they may deem best, and to execute and deliver all necessary deeds, bills of sale, or other written instruments of conveyance, in order to convey and transfer the title thereof. IV. I give and bequeath to the Salvation Army of Grand Island, Nebraska, the sum of $250.00. V. I give and bequeath to the Lutheran Hospital of Grand Island, Nebraska, the sum of $500.00. V1. In the event that my borther Gustav Kuster, of Hamilton, Montana, survives me, then I give and bequeath to him the sum of 65.00. If he should die prior to my death, then this bequest shall lapse and form a part of the residue of my estate. VII. In the event that my nephew, Henry Schwartz, of Denver, Colorado, survives me, then I give and bequeath to him the sum of $5.00. If he should die prior to my death, then this bequest shall lapse and form a part of the residue of my estate. Vlll, In the event that my niece, Hilda Holly, of Hamilton, Montana, survives me, then I give and bequeath to her the sum of $500,00. If she should die prior to my death, then this bequest shall lapse and form a part of the residue of my estate. IX. In the event that my niece, Bessie Kuster Ginn, of Walla Walla, Washington, survives me, then I give and bequeath to her the sum of $500.00. If she should die prior to my death, then this bequest shall lapse and form a part of the residue of my estate. X. In the event that my nephew, Rudolph N. Kuester, of Grand Island, Nebraska, survives me, then I give and bequeath to him the sum of $500.00. If he should die prior to my death, then this bequest shall lapse and form a part of the residue of my estate. X1. In the event that my sister, Hedwig Hann, of Grand Islands Nebraska, survives me, then I give and bequeatA to her the sum of $500.00 my radio and radio table. If she should die prior to my death, then this bequest shall lapse and form a part of the residue of my estate. Xll. In the event that my nephew, Kenneth Kuster, of Salt Lake City, Utah, survives me, then I give and bequeath to him the sum of $500.00. If he should die prior to my death, then I give and bequeath said sum of $500900 to his living issue, equally, share and share alike. XI II. In the event that my sister, Wanda Kuester, of Grand Island, Nebraska, survives me, then I give and bequeath to her the balance of my furniture and household and personal effects, and authorize. - direct and empower my executors, their successor or successors, to purchase for her a life annuity for $7,500.00, in some old line insurance company, to be selected by them, to be paid to her in equal annual installments during the remainder of her life, at such time as determined by them. XIV. In the event that my niece, Emma S. Jolls, of Grand Island, Nebraska, survives me, then I give and bequeath to her the sum of $2,000.00. If she should die prior to my' death, then I give
