NO. 9 HALL COUNTY <br />k <br />DECREE <br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) <br />FINAL DECREE <br />OF EMMA L. TROTTER, DECEASED ) <br />Now on this 5th day of February, 1947, this cause came on to be heard on the Final Report of <br />The Court further finds that Emma L. Trotter died at her residence in Hall County, Nebraska <br />on August 12, 1946; that she was immediately preceding her death an inhabitant and resident of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, and that this court has jurisdiction; that she died intestate leaving no <br />last will or testament; that she left surviving her, her husband, Arthur Trotter, and three <br />children, all of lawful age, to -wit, Dale M. Trotter, Arlene Hurst and Marjorie Fogland; that <br />there are no issue of any deceased child or children and that the foregoing are the sole and only <br />persons interested in the estate of Emma L. Trotter, deceased. <br />The Court further finds that she was the owner at the time of her death of Lot Seven (7) in <br />Block Twenty -five (25) in Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that Arthur Trotter be and he�is <br />hereby discharged as administrator and his bond released. <br />IT IS FURTHM ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the sole and only heirs at law <br />of the said Emma L. Trotter, deceased, were and are her husband, Arthur Trotter, and her three <br />children, Dale M. Trotter, Arlene Hurst and Marjorie Fogland; that the said Arthur Trotter was <br />the parent of all of said children, and that the real estate hereinbefore described did, by reason <br />of the death of the said Emma. L. Trotter and the statutes of the State of Nebraska, pass and <br />descend by operation of law as follows: An undivided one -third part thereof to Arthur Trotter, <br />and the remaining two - thirds to Dale M. M. in the County Court <br />Arthur Trotter, Administrator, and the Court, after having examined the records <br />and files in <br />this cause, finds that notice of the filing of eaid Final Report has been given <br />in the manner <br />and form provided by law and that there are no objections on file; <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the Final <br />Report of <br />Arthur Trotter, Administrator, be and the same is hereby allowed. <br />The Court further finds that the time fixed for filing claims has long since <br />elapsed and <br />that there are no claims on file; <br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims <br />be and the same are hereby forever barred. <br />not, now on file <br />The Court further finds that the expenses of last illness, funeral expenses, <br />expenses of <br />administering the estate, attorney fees and all legal charges against the estate <br />of the deceased <br />have been paid in full; that the estate was not subject to the state inheritance <br />tax or the <br />federal estate tax, the net value of the estate being less then ten thousand dollars. <br />The Court further finds that Emma L.
