<br />2sos1 —The Augustine Co., Grand Island, Nebr.
<br />with will annexed of the last will and testament of the said Harry Poulos, sometimes known as
<br />Harry Poulous, Steve Polus, Harry Poullos, or Harry Pulos, deceased, be and the same is approved
<br />as and for his final report.
<br />The court further finds that the said Harry Poulos, deceased, waa an illiterate, that his name
<br />was misspelled in various transactions in which he was party but that the pronunciation of any of
<br />the misspellings was the same; that therefore all of the alleged names herein pertain to one and
<br />the same person; and that Harry Poulos, Harry Poullos, Harry Poulous, Steve Polus or Harry Pulos,
<br />were one and the same person.
<br />The court further finds that notice was given to all creditors of said estate in the manner
<br />provided by law of the date and place fixed for filing or presenting claims against the estate of
<br />said deceased; that time for filing claims has expired; that all claims filed and allowed against
<br />said estate have been fully paid and satisfied; that the funeral expenses of said deceased and
<br />costs of administering said estate have been fully paid and that all out- standing claims against
<br />said estate, not filed, if anu such there be, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred
<br />from filing or setting up any claims or demands against the estate of the said Harry Poulos, some-
<br />times known as Harry Poulous, Steve Pulos, Harry Poullos, or Harry Pulos, deceased, and that such
<br />estate is fully settled and closed.
<br />The court finds that the said Harry Poulos, died leaving as his sole heirs and his only heirs
<br />in accordance with the terms of his last will and testament, John Pulos, a son, over 21 years of
<br />age, George Pulos, a brother, over 21 years of age, both being residentsof Clayton, Missouri.
<br />The court further finds that the adminstrator with will annexed has made a proper distribution
<br />in accordance with the terms of the last will and testament of the deceased of all of the
<br />personalty that has come into his hands, which personalty descends to the heretofore named heirs
<br />share and share alike, and that tere remains no money on hand,.
<br />The court finds that said estate is not liable for State Inheritance Tax or Federal Estate Tax.
<br />The court finds that Harry Poulos, departed this life at his home in Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on the 25th day of May, 1946, leaving a last will and testament which last will and
<br />testament was admitted to probate on the 26th. day of June, 1946.
<br />The court finds that the said Harry Poulos, died siezed as owner in fee simple, of the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot Ten (10) Block Thirteen (13), Evans Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />The Southerly one -half (S-91.0 of Lot Five (5), in Block Seventy -four (74), Original
<br />Town, now city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebr.
<br />Lot Two (2), in Block Two (2), Koehler Place, an addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That by the provisions of the last will and testament of the said Harry Poulos, deceaaed, the
<br />said real estate passed and descended in the manner and form as follows, to -wit:
<br />To George Pulos and John Pulos, boother and son of the deceased, share and share alike
<br />The Court finds that Harry Poulos, died siezed of the following described personal property,
<br />to-wit:
<br />Checking account Commerical National Bank
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska $ 405.93
<br />Savings account #75921 Equitable Bldg. & Loan Assin.
<br />Grand Island, Nebr. 691.35
<br />House rent & sale of lumber 2 0.00
<br />Household goods 50.00
<br />That after the payment of all claims, funeral and last illnes expenses and costs of
<br />administration the remainder of said sersonal property has been distributed share and share alike
<br />to George Pulos and John Pulos, in accordance with the terms of the last will and testament of
<br />the deceased,
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSID_TRED by the court that all of the terms of last will and testament
<br />of Harry Poulos, deceased, have been complied with and that the real property devised by saidlast
<br />will and testament descends to George Pulos and John Pulos, share and share alike, and is so
<br />assigned in fee simple to said heirs.

<br />ment Certificate of Probate and Final Decree - IN THE MATTER OF THE ESQ-
<br />TATE OF HARRY POULOS, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that
<br />the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court
<br />is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk
<br />authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Beal and
<br />of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
