<br />I, Harry Poulos, also known as Harry Pulos, of 1024 East Fourth Street, City of Grand Island,
<br />State of Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing memory do make, publish and declare this my
<br />last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills by me made;
<br />FIRST: I direct that all my just debts, my funeral expenses, and the expenses of my last
<br />illness be first paid, and if possible, out of my personal estate;
<br />SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whatsoever, real, personal and
<br />mixed, and wherever situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my beloved son, John Pulos, and my
<br />beloved brother, George Pulos, to be divided equally between them, or the descendants of such as
<br />shall not then be living, per stirpes and not per capita, to have and to hold to them and their
<br />heirs forever;
<br />I do hereby appoint Tom Karabatsos of Fairbury, Nebraska, Executor of this my last will and
<br />testament;

<br />of Harr Poulos, etc., deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 26th day of
<br />June 1946, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and
<br />allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Harry Poulos, etc.,
<br />deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />from the proofs on file that notice has been given to all interested persons of the filing of said
<br />report, as required by law and by the order of this court, and it further appearing to the court
<br />after full examination that the account exhibited by the said administrator is correct in all
<br />things and ought to be approved and allowed, and it further appearing that said administrator has
<br />accounted for all of the estate which has come into his hands, It Is
<br />THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of the said George Lebar, administrator
