<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE :
<br />OF SUPPLEMENTAL DECREE
<br />JOHN H. SCRU Z, DECEASED. : N0. 3112 -
<br />Now on this 23rd day of January, 1947s this matter came on to be heard on a motion for the
<br />purpose of filing a supplemental decree in this estate; upon examination of the records and the
<br />evidence the Court finds that the said John H. Schultz at his death left no widow, she having
<br />pre- deceased him.
<br />The Court further finds that Henry A. Schultz, son, and Dora K. Collins, daughter, were the
<br />sole and only children of the deceased and there were no other children of him surviving.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that Henry A. Schultz and Dora K.
<br />Collins were the sole and only heirs of the said John H. Schultz, deceased.

<br />MICHAEL FANNING, DECEASED. )
<br />Now on this 8th day of January, 1947, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report
<br />of B. J. Cunningham, administrator of the Estate of Michael Fanning, deceased, and upon the
<br />Petition for the approval of said report, the settlement of said estate, and his discharge herein.
<br />The Court having examined the records and files, and being duly advised in the premises, finds
<br />that Michael Fanning, late of Hall County, Nebraska, departed this life intestate on the 21st
<br />day of January, 1946 being a resident of Hall County, Nebraska, and the owner of real estate and
<br />personal property in said county; that after publication of the Petition praying for the
<br />appointment of administrator as by law provided, B. J. Cunningham was appointed administrator of
<br />said estate on March 17, 1946.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time
<br />has been filed herein for probate; that more than two years have elapsed
<br />since the death of said Frank Mills, and no proceedings have been commenced
<br />for administration of his estate or probate of said will, and no administraw�
<br />for or executor has been appointed in the State of Nebraska.
<br />Ordered and decreed that said will be and same is approved, probated and
<br />allowed as the last will of said Frank Mills, deceased, and same is ordered
<br />to be recorded as provided by law.
<br />Further decreed that no executor be appointed, and all real property of
<br />which deceased died seized, towit:
<br />An undivided one -half interest in Lot 34 Frank P Bark's Subdivision No 3
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, which descends in accordance with the terms of said
<br />will, and that all further proceedings in administration of said estate be
<br />and are dispensed with.
<br />Further decreed that said will be and is hereby probated and allowed as
<br />the last will of Frank Mills, deceased; that all claims and demands against
<br />said estate, due or to become due, are barred, and further proceedings in
<br />administration of said estate be dispensed with.
<br />Costs of Administration paid.

<br />I hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a complete and correct
<br />abstract of all proceedings had in said estate, as shown by the records and
<br />files in the office of the County Judge of Lancaster County, Nebraska.
