<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that neither the estate nor the beneficiaries thereof are subject to
<br />the payment of any estate or inheritance tax.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that_the name of Mrs. Ed Seeber is Bessie Seeber; that the real name
<br />of Mrs. C. P. Earhart is Maud Earhart; that the real name of Mrs. R. J. Malmsten is Georgia
<br />Malmsten; that Beatrice McLowhorn has married since the execution of the Last Will and Testament
<br />herein mentioned and that her name is now Beatrice McLowhorn Snook; that Louise Earhart has married
<br />since execution of said Will and that her name is now Louise Earhart Greene; Virginia Malmsten
<br />has married since the execution of said instrument and that her name is now Virginia Malmsten
<br />McGrath; that Emera Johnson passed away following the execution of Last Will leaving no mother or
<br />father or any issue, no brothers or sisters and that therefore the share of Emera Johnson has
<br />lapsed; that the real name of "Bobby" Earhart is Robert Earhart, and that the real name of "Bobby'
<br />Seeber is Robert Seeber.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons are forever barred
<br />and excluded from filing any claims or demands against said estate, and that the same is fully
<br />settled and closed.
