<br />Now on this 18th day of December 1946, this cause came on for hearing on the final report of
<br />Harry Grimrringer, Executor of the Estate of M. Lou Pilling, Deceased; and it appearing to the
<br />satisfaction of the Court that notice as required by late has been given to all persons interested
<br />as to the filing of said report and the time fixed for final settlement of said estate, by publi-
<br />cation, and no objection or protest has been filed, and on examination thereof the Court finds
<br />that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed as the final
<br />report of said Executor.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said.
<br />deceased of the time and place appointed for filing of claims against said estate and the time
<br />allowed for filing claims is fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate
<br />have been paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said estate and not so filed,
<br />if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that M. Lou Pilling departed this life testate on the
<br />December, 1944, she being at that time a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,
<br />she left surviving her as her heirs at law, devisees and beneficiaries under the
<br />Last Will and Testament the following named persons:

<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that M. Lou Pilling died possessed of an undivided one - fourth (4)
<br />interest in and to the following described real estate situated.in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Fractional Lot Six (6) in Block Eight (8) of Gilbert's /addition to Grand Island, and its
<br />complement to -wit: Fractional Lot Six (6) in Block Two (2) of H. G. Clark's Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Also the Easterly Six (6) feet of Fractional Lot Five (5) in said
<br />two blocks, making in all a rectangular niece of ground having a southerly frontage of 72 feet
<br />and bounded on the Westerly side by a line parallel to and 60 feet easterly from the westerly
<br />line of said fractional Lot Five (5) in Block Eight (8) of said Gilbert's Addition, all in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS THAT under the terms and provisions of the Last Will and Testament of
<br />the Deceased the above described real estate did pass and descend to the following persons in the
<br />following shares:
<br />Mrs. L. P., Bonn 3/132, now deceased, whose share is divided equally
<br />between Mrs. Ed Seeber, Mrs. C. P. Earhart, and
<br />Mrs. R. J. Malmsten.
<br />Mrs. Ed Seeber Whose real name is Bessie Seeber, 3/132 plus 1/132
<br />or 1/132
<br />Mrs. C, P. Earhart Whose real name is Maud Earhart, 3/132 plus 1/132
<br />or 1/132
<br />Mr_ R. J. Malmsten Whose real name is Georgia Malmsten, 3/132 plus 1/132

<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that under the terms and provisions of the Last Will and Testament of

<br />that all remaining personal property be divided as follows:

<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real property above
<br />described did pass and descend upon the death of M. Lou Pilling, under the terms and provisions
<br />of the Last Will and Testament of M. Lou Pilling to the following persons, such shares being
<br />computed in the whole property and not in terms of the undivided one- fourthinterest of the
<br />deceased.
