<br />Now, on this 18th day, December, 1946, this cause came on for hearing on the final report
<br />of Harry Grimminger, Administrator of the estate of Louisa P. Bonn, Deceased, and it appearing
<br />to the satisfaction of the Court that notice as required by law has been given to all persons
<br />interested as to the filing of said report and the time fixed for final settlement of said estate,
<br />by publication, and no objection or protest has been filed, and on examination thereof the Court
<br />finds that said report is correct in all respects and ought to be approved and allowed as the
<br />final report of said administrator.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that notice as required by law was given to all creditors of said
<br />deceased of the time and place appointed for filing of claims against said estate and the time
<br />allowed for filing claims is fully expired; that all claims filed and allowed against said estate
<br />have been paid and satisfied and that all claims outstanding against said estate and not so filed,
<br />if any such there be, are forever barred and excluded.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that Louisa P. Bonn departed this life intestate on the 15th day of
<br />April, 1938, -she being at that time a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska, that she
<br />left surviving her as her heirs at law and only heirs at law the following named persons.
<br />Bessie Seeber, daughter - Denver, Colorado
<br />Maud Earhart, daughter - Fairbury, Nebraska
<br />Georgia Malmsten, daughter - Denver, Colorado
<br />M. Lou Pilling, daughter - Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that Louisa P. Bonn died possessed of the following described. real
<br />estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Fractional Lot Six (6) in Block Eight ( -8) of Gilbert's Addition to Grand Island, and
<br />its complement to -wit: Fractional Lot -Six (6) in Block Two (2) of H. G. Clarks
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island. Also the Easterly Six (6) feet of Fractional
<br />Lot Five (5) in said two blocks, making in all a rectangular piece of ground having
<br />a southerly frontage of 72 feet and bounded on the Westerly side by a line parallel
<br />to and 60 feet easterly from the westerly line of said fractional Lot Five (5) in
<br />Block Eight (8) of said Gilbert's Addition, all in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that under the laws of the State of Nebraska the above described
<br />real estate as well as cash now in the hands of the administrator does pass and descend to the
<br />above named four daughters in equal shares; that one daughter, M. Lou Pilling, has departed this
<br />life since the death of Louisa P. Bonn, and the one - fourth interest of the personal property is
<br />payable to the executor of her estate, Harry Grimminger, and the real property passes and descends
<br />to the beneficiaries under the Last Will and Testament of Louisa P. Bonn, which Last Will and
<br />Testament is now a matter of record in this Court.
<br />THE COURT FURTHER FINDS that neither the estate nor the beneficiaries thereof are subject
<br />to the payment of any estate or inheritance tax.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED. BY THE COURT that all persons are forever
<br />barred and excluded from filing any claims or demands against said estate, and that the same is
<br />fully settled and closed.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real and personal
<br />property above described, did pass and descend upon the death of Louisa P. Bonn, under the terms
<br />and provisions of the laws of the State of Nebraska to tze following persons:
<br />Bessie Seeber - daughter
<br />Maud Earhart - daughter
<br />Georgia Malmsten - daughter
<br />M. Lou Pilling - daughter
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that said estate and the
<br />beneficiaries thereof are not subject to any estate or inheritance tax whatsoever.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the
<br />administrator is approved in all things and that his bondsman is hereby released from any and all
<br />liability, upon the filing of receipts showing payments to the persons entitled as provided herein.

<br />of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which
<br />seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his.own
<br />name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that
<br />the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
