<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the report of Charles
<br />Steffens, the administrator be in all things approved and allowed; that the real estate, to -wit:
<br />Lot 5, Block 2, Schimmer's Addition to the Citty of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, be and
<br />hereby is assigned to Charles Steffens an undivided one -half thereof, and to Hallie Hansen and
<br />Robert Patterson each an undivided one- fourth thereof. And upon the administrator filing voubhers
<br />showing payment of expenses of administration he is hereby discharged of his trust, his Letters
<br />cancelled and his bond released.

<br />NICHOLAS SCHNELL
<br />I, Nicholas Schnell of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska do hereby make, publish and declare
<br />this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills by me previously made.
<br />1.
<br />I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of the assets of my
<br />estate.
<br />2.
<br />I give, devise and bequeath all property of which I may die seised, both real and personal,
<br />including my house in Grand Island and my farm in Hamilton County Nebraska to my Nephew Nicholas
<br />Schnell, usually known as Nick Schnell, to be his absolutely.
<br />3•
<br />I previously made a will in which I bequeathed all my property to my Brother John Schnell, it
<br />being the understanding that the latter would support and take care of me. He has violated his
<br />agreement by leaving me alone for extended periods, by drinking and by refusing to pay the expenses
<br />as he agreed. I am releasing him from any obligation he may have under the agreement.
<br />4.
<br />I request the Court to appoint my Nephew Nick Schnell Executor of this my last will and
<br />testament.

<br />hereunto signed our names this 1st day of February 1943, as attesting witnesses, and it is our
<br />belief that he is of sound mind and competent to make a last will and testament.
