<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE
<br />ESTATE OF FINAL DECREE
<br />ANNA SCHROEDER, deceased.
<br />Now on this 12th day of December, 1946, this matter came on for hearing upon the Final Report
<br />filed herein by George H. Schroeder, Jr., the duly appointed, qualified, and acting administrator
<br />of the Estate of Anna Schroeder, deceased; and the Court having examined the files and records of
<br />said estate, including said Final Report, and being fully advised in the premises finds as follows:
<br />That, on the 11th day of June, 1946, George H. Schroeder, Jr. filed in this Court, a Petition
<br />alleging among other things that the said Anna Schroeder departed this life intestate, a resident
<br />and ibi�t nit, of Hall County, Nebraska on the 24th day of May, 1946, leaving as her heir law,
<br />Sher her,.- George Schroeder, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,being over 21 years of age.
<br />The Court further finds that a hearing was had on said Petition after due and legal notice as
<br />provided by law, and George H. Schroeder, Jr., was issued Letters of Administration by said Court
<br />on the 10th day of July, 1946, to administer the assets of said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that due and legal notice was given to the creditors of said estate
<br />as provided by law, and the time for filing claims against said estate fully elapsed and expired
<br />on the 7th day of Novembdr 1946, and that all persons having claims, if any such there be, not
<br />filed within the time provided by the Order of this Court should be forever barred and excluded
<br />from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court further finds that said estate is not subject to the payment of any inheritance tax
<br />either to the County of Hall, and State of Nebraska, or to the United States of America, and that
<br />all the assets of said estate, after payment of costs of administration, court costs, administra-
<br />tion fees, and debts, against said estate, descend under and by virtue of the laws of descent of
<br />the State of Nebraska, to the heirs at law, free and clear and exempt from payment of inheritance
<br />tax either to the State of Nebraska, or the United States of America.
<br />The Court further finds that said decedent departed this life the owner of an interest in real
<br />estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />An undivided 2 /15tha interest in and to Lot One (1), in Block One Hundred Twenty -Four (124),
<br />Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />All of which real estate, hereinbefore above described, did descend by operation of lava to
<br />George Schroeder, sole and surviving parent and heir of said decedent in fee simple title.
<br />The Court further finds that said Final Report filed herein by said administrator is true and
<br />correct in all things and should be approved and allowed as and for his Final Report, said estate
<br />settled and closed, and said administrator discharged and his official bond released from any
<br />further responsibility or liability in said estate.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that all persons having claims
<br />against said estate not filed within the time provided by the order of this Court, if any such
<br />there be, be and the sane are hereby forever barred from setting up or asserting any such claims
<br />against said estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that the Final Report (fsaid adminis-
<br />tr,ator be approved and allowed as and for his Final Report in said estate, said estate settled and
<br />closed, said administrator discharged and his official bond released from any further liability in
<br />said estate, and that said real estate hereinbefore described descended by operation of law to the
<br />said George Schroeder, as hereinbefore found by the Court, free and clear and exempt from any in-
<br />heritance tax to either the State of Nebraska or the United States of America, as hereinbefore found
<br />by the Court.
