<br />I, Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that
<br />on the 29th day of May, 1946, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />Ernest Leland Kitch deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 26th day of
<br />June, 1946, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated
<br />and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Ernest Leland
<br />Kitch, deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE ) FINAL DECREE
<br />OF ERNEST LELAND KITCH )
<br />Now on this 5 day of Dec. 1946, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report filed
<br />herein by Marie C. Kiteh, executrix of the estate of Ernest Leland Kitch, deceased, and upon her
<br />petition for the approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said estate, determination
<br />of heirs, and her discharge herein; and the Court having examined the records and files and being
<br />fully advised in the premises finds:
<br />That Marie C. Kitch, widow of the said Ernest Leland Kitch, filed her petition in this Court on
<br />May 28, 1946, alleging among other things, that Ernest Leland Kitch departed from this life testate
<br />on May 19, 1946, and was at that time a resident and inhabitant of said county and state, and was
<br />the owner of an estate to be administered in said county; that upon reading and filing said petition
<br />an order was entered, fixing the time and place for hearing the evidence in support of said
<br />petition, giving notice thereof to all interested parties by publishing said notice for three (3)
<br />successive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper published and circulated
<br />In said County;
<br />That said hearing was held as heretofore ordered by the Court, as by law required, and letters
<br />testamentary were granted to Marie C. Kitch upon filing her bond in this Court, as by law required.
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the
<br />Court for filing claims 4gainst said estate by publication for three (3) successive weeks in the
<br />Grand Island Daily Independent, as provided by law, that all persons having claims against said
<br />estate, not filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, should be forever
<br />barred and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate;
<br />That the said Ernest Leland Kitch, deceased, departed this life leaving surviving him as his
<br />heir at law and only heir at law, legatee, devisee, and person entitled to his estate, namely,
<br />Marie C. Kitch of Grand Island, Nebraska;
