<br />that the fee title to the said real estate should be by this court assigned to and confirmed in
<br />the said heirs at law of the said deceased as follows: A homestead during her natural life time
<br />to the widow Lizzie Hinrikus in and to the North * of the Northeast J of Section 1, Township g,
<br />North Range 11, Adams County, Nebraska, and subject to the said homestead the fee title to all of
<br />the said real estate should be assigned to and by this court confirmed in the said heirs at law
<br />as follows: An undivided 1/3 thereof to the widow Lizzie Hinrikus, and an undivided 1/9 thereof
<br />to each of the said children, to -wit: Edward Hinrikus, Clara Gregg, Leda Burr, Ethel Meyer,
<br />Walter Hinrikus and Max Hinrikus; that due notice of the time and place of this hearing has been
<br />given to all persons interested by publication in the manner and form prescribed by law; that the
<br />estate of the said Henry Hinrikus deceased has in all things been fully and completely administered,
<br />and upon his filing of receipts herein for all items of receipt and disbursement the administrator
<br />Walter Hinrikus should be discharged and his bondsmen released.
<br />WHEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the estate of the said Henry
<br />Hinrikus, deceased has been in all things fully and completely administered; that the final report
<br />of the administrator is in all things true and correct and should be and the same is hereby approved
<br />and allowed as his final report; that the estate of the said Henry Hinrikus deceased is not liable
<br />for any estate or inheritance taxes under the laws of the United States or the state of Nebraska;
<br />Page 3 that the time for filing of claims against the estate as prescribed by law has long-since elapsed
<br />and all debts and claims of the said deceased, including the expenses of his last sickness, death
<br />and burial and the administration of his estate have been paid in full and that all other claims
<br />are barred; that the sole and only heirs at law of the said Henry Hinrikus, deceased, arethe followin
<br />persons, to -wit: His widow Lizzie Hinrikus, and his children Edward Hinrikus, Clara Gregg, Leda,
<br />Burr, Ethel Meyer, Walter Hinrikus and Max Hinrikus, all of whom are of legal age; that the balance
<br />in money and the personal property remaining in the hands of the administrator should be paid and
<br />distributed to the said heirs at law as follows: 1/3 thereof to his widow Lizzie Hinrikus, and
<br />1/9 thereof each to Edward Hinrikus, Clara Gregg, Leda Burr, Ethel Meyer, Walter Hinrikus and Max
<br />Hinrikus; that the real estate of which the said Henry Hinrikus died seized and possessed should
<br />be assigned in fee and the fee title thereto and confirmed in the heirs at law of the said Henri
<br />Hinrikus, deceased, as follows:A homestead for and during her natural life in and to the North
<br />of the Northeast J of Section 1, Township S, North Range 11, Adams County, Nebraska to the widow
<br />Lizzie Hinrikus; that subject to the homestead of the said widow the fee title to all of the said
<br />real estate of which the said Henry Hinrikus died seized and possessed to -Lit:
<br />(A). The North J of the Northeast Quarter (NE*) of Section 1, Township 9, North
<br />Range 11, Adams County, Nebraska

<br />Now on this 20 day of November, 1946, this matter came on to be heard upon the pleadings and
<br />the evidence and was submitted to the court, on consideration whereof the court finds that due and
<br />legal notice of this proceedings has been given to all persons interested in said matter, both
<br />creditors and heirs as required by law. That all of the statements and allegations set forth in
<br />said petition are true; that the said Ellen A. Bradley died intestate in Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />on the 30 day of August, 1938, seized and possessed at the time of her death of the following
<br />described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The North Two Hundred Forty -Five (245) Feet of Lot Seven (7) and All of Lots
<br />Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Brett's Addition to the Village of Wood River,
<br />Nebraska, excepting that part thereof conveyed to the State of Nebraska by Warranty
<br />Deed Recorded in Book 71 at Page 694 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />That no application has been made in the State of Nebraska, for the appointment of an adminis
<br />trator of the estate of said deceased. That the husband of the said Ellen A. Bradley predeceased
