McCarty, ORDER ADMITTING WILL TO PROBATE <br />deceased. ) <br />The petition of Ethelyne E. McCarty heretofore filed herein for the probate of the last Will <br />and Testament of Jesse A. McCarty, deceased, and for the issuance of Letters Testamentary to said <br />petitioner, came on regularly for hearing, and proof being made to the satisfaction of the Court <br />that notice of the time and place of said hearing has been regularly given for the time and in <br />the manner required by law, and no person appearing to contest the said petition or file objections <br />thereto, the court proceeds to hear the evidence, and thereupon the Court finds: <br />That all of the allegations contained in said petition are true; That said Jesse A. McCarty <br />died testate on or about the 26th day of November 1943, in the City of Corona, County of Riverside, <br />State of California, leaving estate situated in the County of Riverside, State of California; that <br />the document dated April 10 1941, and heretofore filed herein is the last Will and Testament of <br />said Jesse A. McCarty, deceased. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that the said Will be admitted to probate, and <br />that Letters Testamentary be issued thereon to said petitioner Ethelyne E. McCarty upon taking the <br />oath as required by law (No bond being required under the terms of said Will ) <br />Dated this 13th day of December 1943 <br />G. R.
