<br />The following children of
<br />Lloyd Higgins
<br />Pearl Currey
<br />Inez Pinky
<br />Ruby Higgins
<br />Oma Higgins
<br />Ray Higgins
<br />a pre - deceased sister Emmy Higgins, to -wit:
<br />FOURTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 26th day of June, 1946, an order of this Court was made
<br />allowing creditors three months from and after the 24th day of July, 1946, in which to file their
<br />claims against said estate and said Executrix one year in which to settle said estate, and further
<br />ordering that notice to creditors be published in the Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper
<br />published and circulating in Hall County, Nebraska, for three successive weeks pkiior to the -24th
<br />day of July, 1946, and that a hearing on claims filed against said estate would be held at the
<br />office of the County Judge of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 26th day of October, 1946, at 9 o'clock
<br />A.M., and it appears by proof on file that notice of said order was published as ordered by
<br />this Court.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 26th day of June, 1946, said Laura A. Woodward, Executrix
<br />of said estate, filed in this Court her inventory of the property of said estate and that according
<br />to said inventory, the deceased died seized and possessed of the following described property,to -wit:
<br />An undivided one -half interest in Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Seventy -five (75) in-
<br />Wheeler & Bennett's Third Addition to Grand Island, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof,
<br />and,
<br />An undivided one -half interest in Block Eighty -two (82) in Wheeler & Bennett's FourthAddition
<br />to Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />The Court further finds that according to the terms, conditions and provisions of said Last
<br />Will and Testament of said deceased, said property was devised unto Laura A. Woodward, in fee
<br />simple absolute.
<br />SIXTH.
<br />The Court further finds that on the 26th day of October, 1946, an order of this Court was made
<br />barring the filing of any and all claims against said estate not filed prior thereto, no claims
<br />having been filed against said estate, and excluding the holders thereof from setting up or assert-
<br />ing any such claims against said estate or the property thereof.
<br />SEVENTH.
<br />The Court further finds that all claims against said estate, including the costs of administra-
<br />tion thereof, have been fully paid by said Executrix, including the expenses of the last illness
<br />and burial of said decedent, out of her own funds and that she in writing in her final report,
<br />has expressly waived any and all claim therefor against this estate, and that there is due and
<br />payable to the County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska, no inheritance tax herein whatsoever.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Laura A.
<br />Woodward, Executrix, be and the same is hereby approved and allowed as such; that the property
<br />described in paragraph Fifth hereof was devised and bequeathed according to the terms and condi-
<br />tions of said Last Will and Testament of Ellen F. Woodward, also known as Nellie F. Woodward,
<br />deceased, unto Laura A. Woodward, in fee simple absolute; that said estate has been fully adminis-
<br />tered and settled and that said Laura A. Woodward be and she hereby is discharged, her bond released
<br />and said estate settled and closed.
<br />In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and the seal of the County Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, this 20th day of November, 1946.

<br />certify that I have compared the foregoing copy of Final Decree entered IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
<br />OF ELLEN F& also known as NELLIE F. WOODWARD, DECEASED, with the original record thereof,
<br />now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such
<br />original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached;
<br />that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the
<br />legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court, and that the foregoing attestation
<br />is in due form of law.
<br />I further certify that a copy of the Last Will-and Testament of said deceased, together with
<br />the Certificate of Probate of said Will, is embodied in and made a part of said Final Decree.
