<br />The Court further finds that on the 26th day of June, 1946,
<br />and admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament of said
<br />Nellie F. Woodward, deceased, which Last Will and Testament is

<br />In words as follows:
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ELLEN F. WOODWARD.
<br />Is Ellen F. Woodward, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, considering the uncertainty of
<br />this mortal life, and being of sound and disposing mind and memory, blessed be God for the same,
<br />do hereby make, publish and declare this, my last will and testament, that is to say.
<br />1. I hereby appoint my sister, Laura A. Woodward, of Grand Island, Nebraska, executrix of this
<br />will
<br />20 1 direct my executrix to pay all my just and subsisting debts, including the expenses of
<br />my last illness and funeral expenses, out of my personal property.
<br />In the event that my personal property is insufficient to pay all debts, then I authorize and
<br />empower my said executrix to sell at private or public sale, at such times and on such conditions
<br />as she may deem best, so much of my real estate to pay the same, and to execute, acknowledge and
<br />deliver all necessary deeds and other written instruments in order to convey complete title thereto.
<br />3. All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, both real and personal, of which I
<br />shall die seized and possessed, and to which I am entitled at the time of my death, I give, devise
<br />and bequeath to my said sister, Laura A. Woodward, of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />4. In the event that my said sister, Laura A. Woodward, shall die prior to my death, then I
<br />appoint H. G. Wellensiek of Grand Island, Nebraska, executor of this will, and authorize, direct
<br />and empower him to sell all of my property, real and personal, of which I shall die seized and
<br />possessed and to which I am entitled at the time of my death, including all of my household goods
<br />and personal effects, at private or public sale, at such times and on such conditions as he may
<br />deem best, and to execute:,. acknowledge and deliver all necessary deeds, assignments, bills of sale
<br />or othe- written instruments in order to convey complete title thereto, and I give and bequeath the
<br />residue to my heirs -at -law in the share and proportion as they would take and receive the same under
<br />the laws of descent of the State of Nebraska as now in force and effect.
<br />5. I hereby revoke any and all former wills by me made.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hsve hereunto subscribed my name this 8th day of September,A.D., 1937, at

<br />The foregoing instrument was subscribed and declared by Ellen F. Woodward as and for her last
<br />will and testament in our presence and hearing and in the presence and hearing of each of us, and
<br />we at the same time, and at her request and in her presence and hearing, and in the presence and
<br />hearing of each other, have hereunto subscribed our names and residences as attesting witnesses
<br />this 8th day of September, A.D., 1937, in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />I, Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court in and for said County, do hereby certify that
<br />on the 1st day of June, 1996, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of Ellen
<br />F. Woodward, also known as Nellie F. Woodward, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That
<br />on the 26th day of June, 1946, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly
<br />proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal restate of
<br />said Ellen F. Woodward, also known as Nellie F. Woodward, deceased, and the same was ordered to be
<br />recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
<br />In. witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court, this
<br />26th day of June, 1946.

<br />bond as ordered by this Court, which bond was furnished and approved; the Court further finds
<br />that said Ellen F. Woodward, also known as Nellie F. Woodward, at the time of her death, was
<br />an unmarried maiden lady and that she left the following heirs -at -law and only heirs -at -law, to-
