Company's Second Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />That no application has been made in the State of Nebraska, for the appointment of an administra- <br />tor of the estate of said deceased. That her sole and only heirs at law at the time of her death, <br />are George Schroeder, widower; Minnie BergholZ, daughter; Theodore A. Schroeder, son; Harry H. P. <br />Schroeder, son; George M. Schroeder, Jr., son, and Anna Schroeder, single, a daughter; that the <br />Court hereby finds and determines that the above named are the sole and only heirs at law of the <br />said Catharina,M. Schroeder, deceased, and that said real estate descended in the following manner, <br />to -gait: To George Schroeder, widower, an undivided one -third (1/3) interest therein; to Minnie <br />BergholZ, daughter; Theodore A. Schroeder, son; George H. Schroeder, Jr., son; Harry H. P. Schroder, <br />son, Anna Schroeder, single, a daughter, each an undivided two fifteenths (2/15) interest therein, <br />subject, however, to the homestead rights to the said George Schroeder, widower. <br />IT IS THERrFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that the real estate above described <br />and the same hereby is assigned to the said widower, George Schroeder, an undivided one -third <br />(1/3) interest therein and to Minnie BergholZ, daughter; Theodore A. Woodward, deceased. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA )ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) At a session of the County Court held in and for said County of Hall <br />in the State of Nebraska, this 20th day of November, 1946. <br />Present: Charles Bossert, County Judge. <br />BE IT REMEMBERED: That on the 28th of October, 1946, Laura A. Woodward, Executrix of the <br />Estate of Ellen F. Woodward, also known as Nellie F. Woodward, deceased, filed in this Court her <br />final account as such Executrix and a petition praying that said account be allowed, for a decree <br />of heirship, an order of distribution, a final settlement thereon and discharge. <br />For these purposes the 20th day of November, 19460 at 10 o'clock A. M., gt the County Court <br />Room in said county was assigned as the time and place for hearing said petition, examining and <br />allowing said account; and it was ordered that notice of the pendency of said petition be given <br />to all persons interested in said estate by publishing such notice in the Grand Island Independent, <br />a legal newspaper printed in said County, for three weeks prior to said day of hearing; and it <br />appears by proof on file that said notice was given as ordered by Court and that no objections to <br />said final account have been made or filed. <br />Upon examination of the record and the evidence in this matter, and being duly advised in the <br />premises, the Court finds as follows: <br />FIRST <br />That Ellen F. Woodward, also known as Nellie F. Woodward, departed this life on the lst day <br />of April, 1946, at her home in Grand Island, Hall County.. Nebraska, testate, and at the time of <br />her death she was a resident of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />SECOND. <br />That on the lst day of June, 1946, Laura A. Woodward filed in this Court an instrument purport- <br />ing to be the Last Will and Testament of said Ellen F. Woodward, also known as Nellie F. Woodward, <br />deceased, wherein said petitioner was named Executrix, and a petition offering said Will for <br />probate, alleging that said Ellen F. Woodward, also known as Nellie F. Woodward, departed this <br />life on April 1, 1946, in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and on the 1st day of June, 1946, <br />an order of this Court was made therein assigning the 26th day of June, 1946, at 10 o'clock A.M. <br />in the County Court Room in said County, as the time and place for hearing said petition, proving <br />said Will and admitting the same to probate and ordering that notice of the pendency of said <br />petition and hearing thereon be given to all persons interested in said matter by publishing <br />
