M., and part of the North Half of the North - <br />east Quarter (Ni NE4) of Section Twenty -one (21), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), <br />west of the 6th P. M., in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. That no application has been made <br />In the State of Nebraska for the appointment of an administrator of the estate of said deceased. <br />That the said Emilie Menck was survived by her husband, Carl H. Menck, and two children, Harold C. <br />Menck and Lydia C. Menck, who were and are her only heirs -at -law, and the Court hereby finds and <br />determines that her interest in the real estate hereinabove described passed and descended at the <br />time of her death to her children, share and share alike, subject to the life interest of Carl H. <br />Menck, her husband, therein. <br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED <br />described of the said Emilie Menck be, and <br />Lydia C. Menck, each an undivided one -half <br />H. 1,1enck.
