<br />This cause came on for hearing upon the supplemental final report of the executor.
<br />The Court finds that said executor has paid the fees allowed for executor's and attorney's
<br />fees and has made distribution of the personal property as heretofore ordered by the Court, and
<br />as provided in the last will and testament of the testator, all as evidenced by the receipts and
<br />vouchers on file.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, OR.DFRFD AND DECFEED BY THE COURT that the final report and supplemental re-
<br />port of the executor be, and the same is hereby, approved and allowed and said estate is hereby
<br />settled and closed and said exetutor-discharged and his bond is hereby released.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF FRANCES A. WICKERSHAM
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That I, Frances A. Wickersham of Hall County, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing
<br />memory, but not unmindul of the uncertainty of human life, do hereby make, publish and declare
<br />this, my la.stwill and testament hereby revoling all former wills by me made:
<br />FIRST
<br />I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my estate.
<br />SECOND
<br />I give, devise and bequeath to the Treasurer of St. Mary's Cemetery located at Wood River,
<br />Nebraska, the sum of One Hundred Fifty 0150.00) Dollars, the same to be held in trust by him and
<br />the income therefrom to be used in taking care of my cemetery lot located in the said St. Mary's
<br />Cemetery near Wood River, Nebraska.
<br />THIRD
<br />I hereby give, devise and bequeath to the pastor of Sacred Heart Church at Shelton,,Nebraska,
<br />Fifty ($50.00) Dollars, and request that he say masses for the repose of my soul and that of my
<br />daughter, Blanche Wickersham Campbell and my son Marvin Wickersham.
<br />FOURTH
<br />The rest residue and remainder of my estate of any and•4L11 natures whatsoever and wheresoever
<br />situate I hereby give devise and bequeath unto the Grand Island Trust Company of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, and Mae Spohn Iams of Wood River, Nebraska, in trust, however, for the following uses
<br />and purposes:
<br />(1) To collect and convert into money all of the personal estate of which I die possessed.
<br />(2) To sell the farm which I now own, to -wit: The Northeast Quarter (Na) of Section Twenty -
<br />eight (25), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve West of the 6th P. M. in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />when the sum of Twenty Thousand ($20,000.00) Dollars may be obtained for the same, and until said
<br />time to hold said farm with full power to rent the same and collect the rents therefrom.
<br />(3) To invest and reinvest all of my personal estate and the proceeds of said farm provided
<br />that all investments should be made in securities which are eligible for investments in savings
<br />banks under the laws of the State of Nebraska.
<br />(4) To apportion the principal and accumulated income into three equal parts.
