of the bequest as provided for in paragraph three (3) hereof and the payment of attorney fees
and costs of administering my estate, I hereby instruct my executors to reduce all of my personal
property into cash and to then deposit the same in the First State Bank of Shelton, Nebraska, under
the name of Bridget Hannon, Michael P. Hannon and James H. Hannon, as trustees or the survivor,
That they shall so instruct the said First State Bank of Shelton to not honor any checks other than
those written by Bridget Hannon and she is hereby given full power and authority to use any part
or all of my said money during her lifetime; however, in the event that all of said funds are not
son, William N. Hannon; one-fifth (115) thereof to my son, E. Gordon Hannon, and the remainingg
one -fifth (115) to my son, Daniel B. Hannon (however, from the share going to my son, Daniel B.
Hannon, I want to deduct therefrom the sum of Seven Hundred ($700) Dollars for the reason that
to the First State Bank of Shelton, Nebraska, with interest and that unless he would make retribu-
tion of this amount he would be receiving more than his proportionate part; I do not want the said
Seven Hundred ($700) Dollars to draw any interest and if there should -be less money to distribute,
I do not want my said son, Daniel B. Hannon, to be required to pay anything into said estate).
V.
I hereby name, nominate and appoint my sons, James Howard Hannon and Michael P. Hannon, joint
executors of this my Last Will and Testament and request that they serve without pay as_I have amply
