<br />DORITHEA REHER, DECEASED, with the original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the
<br />same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is
<br />a Court of Record having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk

<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate ) ESTATE N0. 3751
<br />of ) D E C R E E
<br />Kittie M. Agana, Deceased. )
<br />This matter came on for hearing the 30th day of October, 1946, upon the petition of Lyle D.
<br />Morgan and Blanche B. Morgan, the files and the evidence, and was submitted to the Court.
<br />The Court, after being fully advised in the premises, and, after due and careful consideration,
<br />finds that legal notice of this proceeding has been given to all persons interested, both creditors
<br />and heirs, as required by law; that the allegations of said petition are true; that the said
<br />Kittie M. Agana died intestate, on or about April 9, 1925, a resident of Clarke.County, Iowa; that
<br />said decedent died more than two years previous to the filing of the petition herein, and was, at
<br />the date of her death, the owner in fee of real property situated in the state of Nebraska, to -wit:
<br />A 2 /21st interest in the south half of the northeast quarter and the north half of the south -
<br />east quarter of Section Eighteen (18), in Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of 6th P. M.,
<br />In Hall County and state of Nebraska.
<br />That no administrator of the estate of said deceased has been appointed in the state of Nebraska,
<br />and that no decree of heirship has heretofore been entered in a probate of her said estate in
<br />Nebraska; that said deceased left surviving her, as her sole and only heirs at law, the following:
<br />Edward E. Agana, surviving husband,
<br />Everett Wayne Agana, a son.
<br />That the title and interest of said deceased in and to said real estate descended to the above
<br />named persons, in the proportion of one -half of said interest to Edward E. Agana; and an undivided
<br />one -half of said interest to Everett Wayne Agana, a son of said deceased and said Edward W. Agana.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, DETERMINED AND DECREED that the interest of the deceased in the
<br />real estate hereinbefore described, descended: to Edward W. Agana an undivided one -half, and to
<br />Everett Wayne Agana an undivided one -half.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED that all claims or demands against the estate of Kittie
<br />M. Agana, deceased, whether due or. to become due, whether absolute or contingent, shall be and the
<br />same hereby are forever barred.
