<br />Louise Dorithea Reher, Deceased
<br />I. Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that
<br />on the 19th day of December 1945, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />Louise Dorithea Reher deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on the 17th day of Jan-
<br />uary 1946, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and al-
<br />lowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Louise Dorithea Reher
<br />deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />ESTATE OF } FINAL DECREE
<br />LOUISE DORITHEA REHER, deceased.
<br />NOW on this 24th day of October, 1946, this matter came on for hearing upon.the Final Report
<br />filed herein by Paul Ruff, Executor of the Estate of Louise Dorithea Reher, deceased, and upon
<br />his application for the approval and allowance of said Final Report, settlement of said Estate,
<br />and his discharge as Executor of said Estate, and the Court having examined the records and files
<br />and the receipts therein contained, including said Report and the vouchers thereto attached, and
<br />being fully advised in the premises finds as follows:
<br />That, on the 19th day of December, 1945, Paul Ruff, Executor of the Estate of Louise Dorithea
<br />Reher, deceased, filed his Petition in this Court, in which he alleges among other things that
<br />Louise Dorithea Reher departed this life in Hall County, Nebraska, on the 10th day of December,
<br />1945, a resident and inhabitant of said County and State, leaving a Last Will and Testament in
<br />which Paul Ruff was named the Executor thereof, which instrument he offered for probate as the
<br />Last Will and Testament of said deceased, and asking that he be appointed Executor thereof, and,
<br />upon reading and filing of said Petition, this Court entered an Order fixing the time and place
<br />for hearing on said Petition, and gave notice thereof, as provided by law, and that said matter
<br />coming on further to be heard upon the date fixed by the Court, said instrument was duly admitted
<br />to probate in this Court as the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, and Letters of Adminis-
<br />tration were issued to the said Paul Ruff.
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and placed fixed by the
<br />Court for filing claims against said Estate, and all claims not filed within.the time fixed by
<br />the Court, if any such there be, should be forever barred, excluded, and enjoined from setting
<br />up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />That the deceased departed this life
<br />legatees, and persons entitled to share
<br />a son; Annie Weise, a daughter; Marie P
<br />Ruff, a daughter; Earnest Reher, a son;
<br />Oregon; and Walter Reher, Arthur Reher,
<br />children. of a deceased son, Rudolph W.
<br />leaving as her sole and only heirs at law, devisees,
<br />in her Estate, the following named persons: Hans Reher,
<br />etzold, a daughter; Emma Buchfinck, a daughter; Minnie
<br />all of Hall County, Nebraska;.and John Reher, a, -son of
<br />Alfred Reher, and Earl Reher, all of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />H. Reher.
<br />That the deceased departed this life the owner in fee simple title in and to the following
<br />described real estate, to -wit:
<br />The East Half (EJ) of the Southeast Quarter (BE*) of Section Fourteen (14), Township Twelve
<br />(12), Range Ten (10), Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and, that said real estate, above described, did pass and descend under and by virtue of the terms
<br />of the said Last Will and Testament of the said Louise Dorithea Reher, deceased, as follows: To
<br />Hans Reher, Annie Weise, Marie Petzold, Emma Buchfinck, Minnie Ruff, Earnest Reher, and John
<br />Reher, each an undivided one - eighth (1/g) interest therein, and to the childreA-of Rudolph W. H.
<br />Reher, a deceased son, to -wit, Walter Reher, Arthur Reher, Alfred Reher, and Earl Reher, an un-
<br />divided one - thirty - second (1/32) interest to each, in fee simple title.
<br />The Court further finds that all of the personal property belonging to said Estate has been
<br />distributed to the respective heirs, and that all claims filed in said Estate have been fully
<br />paid and settled, and the Final Report filed herein by;,the said Paul Ruff, Executor, is true and
<br />correct in all things, and that said Final Report should be accepted and approved in said Estate,
<br />said Estate settled and closed, and said Executor and his official bondsmen be discharged and
<br />released from any further liability in said matter.
<br />That there is no inheritance tax due the State of Nebraska, or &the United States of America.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that any and all persons having
<br />claims against said Estate not filed in the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, are
<br />forever barred, excluded, and enjoined from setting up-or asserting any such claims against said
<br />Estate; that the Final Report filed herein by Paul Ruff, Executor, be and the same is hereby in
<br />all things approved and allowed as and for the said Executor's Final Report; said Estate settled
<br />and closed, and said Executor and his surety on his official bond are hereby released from any
<br />further liability in said matter.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that the real estate and personal
<br />property, hereinbefore described, did pass and descend under and by virtue of the terms of the
<br />Last Will and Testament of the said Louise Dorithea Reher, deceased, in equal shares as hereinbe-
<br />fore set out by the Court.
