<br />The Court finds that the right of descent of the real property of which deceased died seized,
<br />under the laws in force in Nebraska on the date of the death of such decedent,is to the above
<br />named children of such deceased,share and share alike,subject to the right of dower therein of
<br />such Jennie Rundlett,widow of the deceased.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE,CONSIDERED,DElERMINED AND DECREED that the interest in real estate hereinbefore
<br />described,deseended: to Sadie A,Chapman and Everett R.Rundlett,who is algo known as Everett
<br />Rundlett,share and share alike,subject to the right of dower therein of 10ennie Rundlett,widow
<br />of said Edward E.Rundlett,deceased.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED that all claims or demands against the estate of Edward
<br />E.Rundlett,deeeased,whether due or to become due,whether absolute or eontingent,shall be,and the
<br />same hereby are, forever barred.

<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF LOUISE REHER, IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN.
<br />I, Louise Reher, being of sound mind and disposing memory do hereby make, publish and declare
<br />this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills by me made, in
<br />manner and form following:
<br />1•
<br />I hereby direct that my executor, hereinafter named, pay all of my just debts, including
<br />expenses of my last sickness and funeral bills, oUt of my personal estate, with the exception of
<br />of my household goods and furniture, and should the same be not sufficient for the payment of
<br />said debts, I hereby direct that my executor sell so much of my real estate as is necessary for
<br />the payment of said debts.
<br />2.
<br />I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved children, Rudolph W. Reher, Hans Reher,
<br />Anna Weise, Marie Petzold, Emma Buckfinck, John Reher, Minnie Ruff, a certain mortgage that I have
<br />against my son, Ernest Reher, in the sum of $3500.00, should the same still be existing at the
<br />time of my demise, equally, share and share alike.
<br />3.
<br />I hereby give, devise and bequeath all of my real estate which I may die possessed to all of
<br />my beloved children, Rudolph W. Reher, Hans Reher, Anna Weise, Marie Petzold, Emma Buehfinck,
<br />John Reher, Minnie Ruff and Ernest Reher, 4equally, share and share: alike.
<br />All the rest and residue of my property, of whatever nature, I hereby give, devise and bequeath
<br />unto all of my children, equally, share and share alike, and in the event of the death of any of
<br />my children herein mentioned in this my Last Will and Testament, I direct that his or her share
<br />in my estate shall not lapse but shall descend to his or her legal heirs.
<br />I hereby nominate and appoint my beloved son -in -law, Paul Ruff, executor of this my Last Will
<br />and Testament and request that he be allowed to serve without giving bond.
