<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT,Lv THE NAPE OF GOD,AMEN
<br />I,Georgia Sondergard,being of sound mind and disposing memory and realizing the uncertainty of
<br />this fragil and transitory life do hereby make,publish and declare this instrument to be my Last
<br />Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all former Wills by me made,in manner and form follow -
<br />ing,that is to say:
<br />1.
<br />I direct that my executor,hereinafter named,pay all of my just debts,inoluding that of my last
<br />sickness and burial,as soon as is reasonably possible after my demise.
<br />2.
<br />Not being unmindful of my relatives and feeling that they have all been amply taken care of during
<br />my lifetime,I hereby give,devise.and bequeath unto my beloved friend,Henry Lehman,all of my prop -
<br />erty,both real and personal,wherever situate,of which I may die seized,to be his absolutely in
<br />fee simple title.

<br />I hereby nominate and appoint Lloyd W.Kelly executor of this my Last Will and Testament.

<br />that on the 10th day of July 1943,the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />Georgia Sondergard deceased,was filed for probate in this Court.That on the the 18th day of August
<br />1943,said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved,probated and allowed as the
<br />last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Georgia Sondergard deceased,and
<br />the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 9th day of Ootober,1946,th1s matter came on for hearing upon the Final Report filed
<br />herein by Lloyd W.Kelly, Executor of the Estate of Georgia Sonciergard, deceased, and upon his appli-
<br />cation for the approval and allowance of skid Final Report,settlement of said estate,and his dis-
<br />charge as Executor of said estate,and the Court having examined the records and files and the
<br />receipts therein contained,including said Report and vouchers thereto attaohed,and being fully
<br />advised in the premises,finds as follows,
<br />That,on the 10th day of July,1943,Lloyd W,Kelly,Executor of the Estate of Georgia Sondergard,deceased,
<br />filed ibis Petition in this Court in which he alleged among other things that Georgia Sondergard departed
<br />this life in Hall County,Nebraska on the 4th day of July,1943,leavingg a Last Will and Testament
<br />in which Lloyd W.Kelly was named the Executor thereof,which instrument he offered for probate as
<br />the Last Will and Testament of the said deceased,and asking that an executor thereof be appointed,
<br />and,upon reading and filing of said Petition,this Court entered an order fixing the time and place
<br />for hearing of said Petition,and giving notice thereof as provided by law,and that said matter
<br />doming on further to be heard upon the date fixed by the Court,said instrument was duly admitted
<br />to probate in this Court as the Last Will and Testament of said deceased,and Letters of Administration
<br />were issued to the said Lloyd W.Kelly.
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court
<br />for filing claims against said Estate,and all claims not filed within the time fixed by the Court,
<br />If any such there be,should be forever barred,excluded,and enjoined from setting up or asserting
<br />any such claims against said Estate.
<br />That the deceased departed this life leaving as her sole and only heirs at law,devisees,lega�,tees,
<br />and persons intitled to share in her estate,the following named persons; pearl Reuting,sister
<br />Hazel Sauter,sister;Florence Preston,sister;Roy Smith,nephew;Glodine Bastianiniece;Verda Cerutti,
<br />niece;Clifford M.Smith,nephew;and Henry Lehman,devisee,all over the age of twenty -one (21) years;
