<br />Journal Entry, and Final Decree - IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF MOSES WILLIAMSON,DECEASED, with

<br />Now on this 23rd.daf of 0otober,1946,this matter came on for nearing on the petition of Minnie
<br />Detletsen,for the determination of heirship of the estate of William Detlefsen, also known as
<br />Wilhelm Detlefsen,deceased,and was submitted to the court,Minnie Detlefsen appeared in person
<br />and by S.J.Shada,her attorney.
<br />It appearing from the record and files in said matter that notice of the time and place fixed
<br />for hearing on said petition has been given by publication thereof as.by order of said eoubt
<br />heretofore made and entered,whereupon Minnie Detlefsen was swprn and testified.
<br />On consideration of the evidence the court finds that said William Detlefsen,departed this life
<br />intestate on the 20th.day of February,1944; that the said William Detlefsen was at *he time of
<br />his death a resident and inhabitant of the said County of Hall and State of Nebraska,and died
<br />seized of an estate of inheritance in the following described real estate,to -wit; Lots Four (4),
<br />Five (5) and Six (6)0in Fractional Block Thirty -nine (39),Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska;that more than two years have elapsed since the death of said
<br />William Detlefsen,and no application for the appointment of an administrator of his estate has
<br />been made in this state by any heirs or persons claiming to be creditors of said deceased;that
<br />said decedent was the owner of aforesaid premises ;that he left surviving him his widow,Minnie
<br />Detlefsen, also known as Minna Detlefsen, Frieda Roeser, a daughter Lillie Stringham, a daughter,
<br />Hulda Clausen, a daughter,Arthur Detlefsen, a sdn,Jack William Shreve Gwenther, a grandson, son of a
<br />deceased daughter,Ida,all of whom are of legal age.
<br />The court further finds from the evidence adduced that William Detlefseu,deoeased was also known
<br />as Wilhelm Detlefeen;that Minnie Detlefsen, the widow of William Detlefsen, is also known as Minna
<br />Detlefsen ;that the aforesaid real property is the homestead of William Detlefsen.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED,that the appointment of an administrator for said estdte
<br />be dispensed with;that all claims be forever barred;that said estate be assigned as follows..
<br />to Minnie Detlefsen,widow, one -third (1 3),plus the use of said real property for and during her
<br />lifetime,to Frieda Roeser,Lillie Stringham ;Hulda Clausen,Arthur Detlefsen,Jack William Shreve
<br />Guenther, each an undivided two fifteenths (2/15ths. ) Interest therein.
