<br />In the event that the income of said trust estate, after the payment of all expenses and
<br />charges, shall exceed in any one year the amount paid out by my executor or trustee under par-
<br />agraph (d) above, then it is my wish that the payments to eabh of my children, and my sister be
<br />increased proportionately, so that the payments made under paragraph (d) above shall equal the
<br />Income from said trust estate, said payments, however, in no event and regardless of the amount
<br />of income of said trust, to exceed the sum of six hundred dollars ($600.00) in any one year to
<br />any one of the above.
<br />f) Upon the death of the last survinving of the above mentioned George Williamson, Katie Williams,
<br />James Williamson, John Williamson, and Mary McNiel, to pay each of the following of my grand
<br />children, if livin at the time of the death of the last survivor of those herein mentioned, the
<br />sum of One Dollar S1.00):
<br />Katie Dahl, Mary O'ROurke, James Webb, Jr., and Jessie Williamson, being the children of my
<br />deceased daughter, Mary Williamson Webb.
<br />Steve Stanley, being the son of my daughter, Annie Williamson Stanley
<br />Katie Williamson Laster, Jessie Williamson Laster, Mary Williamson, Tildie Williamson, Jennie
<br />Williamson, Jamesina Williamson, children of my son, John Williamson,
<br />Bridget O'Rourke, Jessie Normile, Alice Hamilton, William Williamson, and Katkryn O'Rourke,
<br />children of my deceased son William Willianson,
<br />g) To pay and deliver to each of my grand children living on the date of the death of the last
<br />survivor of George Williamson, Katie Williams, James Williamson, John Williamson and Mary McNiel,
<br />above mentioned, except those granchildren hereinbefore mentioned in paragraph f� specifically—
<br />bequeathed the sum of One Dollar each, all the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, share
<br />and share alike, per capita and not per stirpes, to be their absolutely.
<br />And the court further finds that there are living the following grand children not hereinbefore
<br />mentioned, namely: William J. Williamson, son of John Williamson, Mary Powell, Alfred Williams,
<br />Richard Williams, Jessie Williams, Kate Williams, Barbara Jean Williams, children of Katie -
<br />Williams.
<br />The court further finds that the estate of said Moses Williamson, deceased, did.- descend in
<br />accordance with the terms of the Last Will and Testament of said Moses Williamson,deeeased, to
<br />George Williamson, Trustee, and his successor or successors in trust, and to be distributed as
<br />hereinbefore set forth.
<br />The court finds that said estate in not liable for State Inheritance Tax or Federal Estate
<br />Tax at this time.
<br />The court finds that Moses Williamson departed this life at Grand
<br />Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on the 15th day of July, 1944, leaving a Last Will and Testament which Last Will and
<br />Testament was admitted to probate on the 21st. day of August, 1946.
<br />The court further finds that Moses Williamson, died siezed of the
<br />following described real
<br />and peraonal property, to -wit:

<br />Lot One (1), Fractional Lot Two (2), and the northerly one -half of
<br />Lot Eight (NJ8), all in
<br />Block Seventy -three (73) of the Original Town, now City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Lot Four (4) in Block One Hundred Forty -six (146), in Union Pacific
<br />Railway Company's Second
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.

<br />That of the personalty after payments of all expenses of administration last, illness, funeral
<br />expenses, there remains on hand the sum of $29,153.03, which amount will be transferred unto the
<br />account of the trustee according to the terms of the will.
<br />That of the real property there remains as follows, to -wit: Lot One (1), Fractional Lot Two
<br />(2), and the Northerly one -half of Lot Eight (N *8), all in Block Seventy -three (73) of the Original
<br />Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Lot Four (4) in Block One Hundred Forty -six (146) in Union Pacific Railway Company's Second
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, which property will be transferred
<br />into the care of trustee according to the terms of the Will.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the court that all of the personal property
<br />remaining as hereinbefore set forth and being of the value of $29,153.03, be placedin trust; that
<br />all of the real property hereinbefore set forth and described be placed in trust; that George
<br />Williamson., is appointed as trustee in accordance with the terms of the Last Will and Testament
<br />of Moses Williamson, deceased, and that said George Williamson make distribution of said trust
<br />estate in accordance with the terms of said Last Will and Testament of Moses Williamson, deceased,
<br />and said estate of Moses Williamson deceased, is so assigned. That said George Williamson
<br />trustee furnish bond in the sum of 435,000.00, that on approval of said bond, said trustee shall
<br />be duly qualified.
