<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />In the matter of the estate of ) ESTATE NO. 2979
<br />James Barney Jacobs, Dece.ased ) FINAL DECREE
<br />Now, on this 16th day of October, 1946, this matter came on for hearing upon the final account
<br />of the admi,nistratrix and her petitio4,f.Ar discharge, distribution of the property and determination
<br />of heirship, said hearing having been continued from the 9th day of October, 1946.
<br />The Court finds that due and legal notice of the time and place of hearing on said final ao-
<br />count and petition for discharge has been given to all persons intereste�in said estate, as provided
<br />by law, and the Court being duly advised, finds:
<br />That said final account of said Administratrix is in all respects true and correct. That due
<br />notice has been given to creditors and the time for filing claims has expired. That all claims
<br />allowed have been paid, that there was no inheritance tax assessed against said estate, that all
<br />court costs, administratrix' fees, attorneys' fees and expenses of administration have been paid.
<br />That James Barney Jacobs died on the 21st day of October, 1939, and at the time of his death
<br />he was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska. That he left, as his sole and only
<br />heirs at law the following;
<br />Donald Jacobs, a son, and Imogene Jacobs, a daughter, both of whom are now of legal age.
<br />The distribution of personal:' property has been made as set forth in the supplemental report
<br />and as agreed upon by the heirs at law and the odministratrix.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all creditors, having claims
<br />against said estate and not filed herein, if any such there be, are forever barred and precluded
<br />from setting up any such claims against said estate.
<br />The Court finds that said deceased at the time of his death was the owner, in fee, of the
<br />,following described real estate:
<br />Lots One (1) and Two (2) in Block Sixteen (16) in the Original Town, now City, of Grand Island,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Lot Nine (9) in Block Fifteen (15) in Baker's Addition to the city of Grand Island, in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />That part of the north half of the southwest quarter lying north of the right -of -way of the
<br />Union Pacific Railroad Company, in Section Fifteen (15), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven
<br />(11) West of 6th P. M., in Hall County, state of Nebraska, except that part deeded to the State of
<br />Nebraska, by warranty deeds recorded in Book 71 at page 232 and Book 75 at page 71, of the deed
<br />records of Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />The north half of the northwest quarter of Section Fifteen (15), Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Eleven (11) West of 6th P. M., in Hall County, Nebraska, (except two acres,in northwest
<br />corner) as shown by warranty deed recorded in Book. "F ", at page 613, deed records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and
<br />The northwest quarter of the northeast quarter; the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter;
<br />west half of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter, containing 178 acres, more or less,
<br />and a part of the northeast quarter of the northeast quarter, more particularly described as
<br />follows: commencing at a point in the north line of section 15, 13 chains and 75 links west of
<br />the northeast corner of said Section 15, running thence west along the north line of said section,
<br />6 chains and 53 links, thence south 5 chains and 67 links to the center of the bed of Wood River,
<br />thence easterly along the bed of Wood. River to a point due south from the starting point, thence
<br />north to said starting point, and containing 4 acres more or less; all of the above described
<br />real estate being in Section Fifteen (15), Township `den (10) North of Range Eleven (11) west of
<br />6th P. M., excepting therefrom that part conveyed to the State of Nebraska by warranty deed re-
<br />corded in Book 75 at page 71 of the deed records of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />The northeast quarter of the southwest quarter and the northwest quarterof the southeast
<br />quarter in Section Sixteen (16), Township Ten (10) North of Range Eleven (11) West of 6th P. M.,
<br />less that part taken for highway purposes, containing approximately 79 acres, all in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />The southeast quarter of Section Ten (10) , in Township Twelve (12) North of Range Fifty -nine
<br />(59), in Kimball County, state of Nebraska,
