<br />The court further finds that Frank Strasser at the time of has death was survived by his widow,
<br />Matilda M. Strasser, also known as Mathilda M. Strasser, and one eon, Harold G. Strasser, who is
<br />of legal age, and that all of the real estate owned by the said Frank Strasser at the time of his
<br />death passed and descended to Marilda M. Strasser and Harold G. Strasser, subject, however, to the
<br />homestead rights of Matilda M. Strasser in the real estate described as Lot Four (4), Blook,'One
<br />Hundred Twenty -Seven (127), Koenig and Wiebe Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, each an undivided one -half interest therein in fee simple title absolute.
<br />IT IS,:THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Harold G. Strasser, administrator de bonis non, of the estate of Frank Strasser, deceased, be, and
<br />the same hereby is, in all things approved and allowed as and for the final report of said admin-
<br />istrator and that said estate is hereby settled and closed, subject to the filing of a bond approved
<br />by the court guaranteeing the payment of any amount found due William Suhr for attorney fees in
<br />the event claim is made within the time provided for in such cases under the Statutes of Limitation,
<br />and the administrator discharged.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all persons having any claims
<br />against said estate, if any such thereby, are forever barred, enjoined and excluded ft m_ setting
<br />up or asserting any such claim against the estate.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the real estate as hereinabove
<br />described passed and descended to Matilda M. Strasser and to Harold G. Strasser in the shares and
<br />manner as hereinabove set forth.
