<br />I, Norval E. Etting, a single man, of Glendale, California, being of sound mind and under no
<br />ulsio bt��n tvu df of the uncertainties of human life, do hereby make, publish and ddclare
<br />� .ps, my 'ast I I an es anent, hereby revoking all former wills by me made:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be first paid out of my estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />The rest and residue of my property, both real and personal, of which I may die possessed, and
<br />wheresoever situated, I hereby give, devise and bequeath unto my brother, Lee E. Etting, and my
<br />sitters, Alma Schuff, Amanda Flower, Florence Etting and Irma Etting, and to their heirs forever,
<br />share and share alike.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my brother,
<br />to be the Executor of this, my last Will and Testament,
<br />quired of him, except his own personal recognizance.

<br />Deceased. ) AND FOR LETTERS TESTAMENTARY -
<br />The petition of Lee E. Etting by Harry W. Chase, his attorney, for the probate of the will of
<br />said deceased and for letters testamentary thereon, coming on regularly this day to be heard, and
<br />it being proved to the satisfaction of the court that all notices of said hearing have been given
<br />as required by law, and thereupon the court proceeds to hear the evidence, and grants said petition.
<br />It is ordered and adjudged by the court that said Norval E. Etting died on the 4th day of June,
<br />1944, leaving estate in the State of California, and then a resident of the County of Los Angeles,
<br />State of California; that the document hereinbefore filed, purporting to be the last will of said
<br />deceased, be admitted to probate as the last will of said deceased; that Lee E. Etting be appointed
<br />executor of the said last will, and that letters testamentary thereon issue to him upon his taking
<br />the oath required by law, without bond.

<br />Deceased. ) DISTRIBUTION OF ESTATE, AND FOR
<br />DISCHARGE OF EXECUTOR.
<br />The Report and Petition for Distribution herein of LEE E. ETTING, as Executor of said estate,
<br />by Harry W. Chase, his attorney, came on regularly for hearing on June 8, 1945, in Glendale Probate
<br />Department "A" of the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of Los Angeles,
<br />before the Honorable Ruben S. Schmidt, Judge presiding, and all notices of said hearing having been
<br />given as required by law, the Court after hearing the evidence and finding that the inheritance
<br />taxes due the State of California, have been paid, approves said Report and orders distribution of
<br />said estate, as f of _Lows :
<br />IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED by the Court that due notice to the creditors of said
<br />deceased has been given;
<br />That the said Executor has in his possession, belonging to said estate, without rendering an
<br />accounting, the property hereinafter described, at the value of the appraisement, and that said
<br />Report is hereby approved accordingly; and that in pursuance of and according to the provisions
<br />of the Last Will of said deceased, and of the Agreement executed by all of the legatees under
<br />said Will, the property hereinafter described, and all other property belonging to said estate,
