<br />That the furneral expenses, Court costs, Attorney fees, Administratrix fees and medical bills
<br />have been paid, which were claims against said Estate; that this Estate is not subject to In-
<br />heritance Tax under the laws of Nebraska of the United Statesof America;
<br />That the Final Report was filed and set down for hearing on October 9, 1946; that notice of said
<br />Final Report was published for three successive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, as
<br />by law required, and no one appearing to object to said report, and the Court having examined the
<br />same, finds that said report is true and correct in all things, and should be settled and closed,
<br />and that the Administratrix should be discharged.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court, that the heirs and only heirs at
<br />law of the deceased are Margaret Jane Falmlen, sister, and Arch S. Ennis, brother, all of legal age;
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED", AND DECREED by the Court, that title to the real property in
<br />this Estate described as follows, to -wit:

<br />Range Thirty -nine (391 Chase County, Nebraska;
<br />One third (1/3) share of Lots One (1), Two (2)t Three (3), and Four (4), and East Half (E -J) West
<br />Half M) Section Thirty (36), Township Eleven (111, Range Fifty -three (53), Logan County, Colorado;
<br />Lot Four (4) Block Twenty -five (25) Packer and Barr's Second Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska;
<br />One Seventy - second (1/72) Interest in North Half (NJ) Section Twenty -nine (29), Township
<br />Thirteen (13), Range Twenty -three (23) West Six (6) P. M., Custer County;
<br />descend as by law required to the said Margaret Jane Falmlen -and Arch S. Ennis.

<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court, that the Final Report of the said
<br />Margaret Jane Falmlen, Administratrix of the Estate of Eudora Ellen Ennis Lyon, deceased, be and
<br />the same is hereby in all things approved, confirmed, and allowed; that any claims against said
<br />Estate be forever barred; that the said Margaret Jane Falmlen is hereby discharged from her trust
<br />as Administrattix of said Estate and sureties on her official bond are released.
