<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE :
<br />OF EUDORA ELLEN ENNIS LYON, ! FINAL DECREE.
<br />DECEASED.
<br />Now on this 9th day of October, 1946, this cause came on for hearing upon the Final Report filed
<br />herein by Margaret Jane Falmlen, Administratrix of the Estate of Eudora Ellen Ennis Lyon deceased,
<br />and upon her petition for the approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said Estate,
<br />determination of the heirs and her discharge herein; the Court having examined the records and
<br />files and being fully advised in the premises finds:
<br />That Margaret Jane Falmlen, sister of the said Eudora Ellen E mis Lyon deceased, filed her
<br />petition in this Court, January 3. 1946, alleging among other things, that Eudora Ellen Ennis
<br />Lyon departed this life intestate, on December 10, 1945, and was at that time a resident and
<br />inhabitant of said county and state, and was the owner of an Estate to be administered in said
<br />county; that upon reading and filing said petition an order was entered fixing the time and place
<br />for hearing the evidence in support of said petition, carrying notice thereof to all interested
<br />parties by publishing said notice for three successive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent,
<br />a legal newspaper published and circulated in said county;
<br />That said hearing was held as ordered by the Court, as by law required, and letter testamentary
<br />were granted to Margaret Jane Falmlen upon the filing of her bond in this Court, as required by law;
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court
<br />for filing claims against said Estate, by publishing for three successive weeks in the Grand Island
<br />Daily Independent, as provided by law, and that all persons having claims against said estate who
<br />have not filed claims within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, should be forever
<br />barred, excluded, and enjoined from setting up or asserting any such claims against said Estate;
<br />That the deceased departed this life leaving surviving her as her heirs at law, and only heirs
<br />at law, and persons entitled to share in her estate the following, to -wit:
<br />Margaret Jane Falmlen, sister, Grand Island, Nebraska; Arch S. Ennis, brother, Sterling,
<br />Colorado, all of legal age;
<br />That said deceased died the owner of an Estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, of real and
<br />personal property, said real estate being described as follows:

<br />One third (1/3) share of Southwest Quarter (SWJ) Section Thirty -two (32), Township Eight (8),
<br />Range Thirty -nine (39) Chase County, Nebraska;
