<br />The Court further finds that on the 24th day of April, 1941, said Lena Myers and John Schwartz 
<br />filed in this Court their inventory of the property of said estate, and that according to said 
<br />inventory, the deceased died seized and possessed 6f the following described property, to -wit: 
<br />The Southeast Quarter and the Easterly one -third of the Southwest Quarter in Section Twenty - 
<br />eight, Township Twelve North, Range Eleven, West of the 6th P. M. in said Hall County, Nebraska 
<br />Part of Lot One (1) in the County Sub- division of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S* 
<br />SE *) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P. M., 
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, according to the recorded plat thereof and more particularly described 
<br />as follows: A rectangular piece of ground commencing at a point on the westerly line of Lot 1 of 
<br />County Sub- division of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 11 North, 
<br />Range 9, a distance of 17.2 feet southerly from the northwest corner of said Lot, which said point 
<br />is on a southerly line of Charles Street, running thence northeasterly on a line parallel with the 
<br />northerly line of said lot 56 feet, thence southerly at right angles 66 feet, thence westerly at 
<br />right angles 56 feet to the westerly line of said lot, then-.:northerly at right angles 66 feet to 
<br />the point of beginning 
<br />The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S* NEJ) of Section Thirty -five (35), Township Twelve 
<br />(12), North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P. M., in Hall County, Nebraska 
<br />and miscellaneious personal property of the approximate value of $12,150.00 
<br />SIXTH 
<br />The Court further finds that according to the laws of descent and distribution, said property 
<br />descends as follows: An undivided one -tenth (1 /10) share thereof to each of the following: 
<br />Reimer Hargens, Mathilda Schwartz, Lena Myers, Christine Busch, Henry Hargens, Emma Schwartz, Anna 
<br />J Neutz also known as Anna Neutze, Minna Reher, Martha Yenny and William Hargens. 
<br />SE'VEN'TH 
<br />The Court further finds that on the 14th day of May, 1941, John J. Long was appointed appraiser 
<br />for inheritance tax purposes in said estate, that he took his oath and after notice of hearing as 
<br />by law required, on the 10th day of July, 1941, filed his report as such appraiser, finding the 
<br />gross value of said estate to be $25,603.67 and subject to no inheritance tax whatsoever. 
<br />EIGHTH 
<br />The Court further finds that on the 26th day of August, 1941, an order of this Court was made 
<br />barring all claims not filed against said estate, and allowing claims filed prior thereto; the 
<br />Court further finds that all debts and claims against said estate, including the costs of kdminis- 
<br />tration in said estate, have been paid and that there remains in the hands of said Administrators 
<br />for distribution, nothing whatsoever, full distribution of all of the assets having been made by 
<br />said Administrators to said heirs. 
<br />NINTH 
<br />The Court further rinds that after deducting from the arse is of &aid estate, all debts, claims, 
<br />costs of administration and all other proper expenditures and the statutory exemptions allowed the 
<br />heirs -at -law in said estate, there is due and payable to the County Treasurer of Hall County, 
<br />Nebraska, no inheritance tax whatsoever. 
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of Lena Myers 
<br />and John Schwartz, Administrators herein, be and the same hereby is approved and allowed as such; 
<br />further that Reimer Hargens, Mathilda Schwartz, Lena Myers, Christine Busch, Henry Hargens, Emma 
<br />Schwartz, Anna Neutz also known as Anna Neutze, Minna Reher, Martha Yenny„' and William Hargens are 
<br />all and the only heirs -at -law of said deceased, and that the property described in paragraph Fifth 
<br />hereto descends according to the laws of descent and distribution of the State of Nebraska as found 
<br />in paragraph Sixth of this decree; that said Lena Myers and Johm Schwartz hereby are discharged as 
<br />Administrators, are both released and said estate fully settled and closed.
