<br />The court further finds that the husband of Mathilda M. Strasser preceded her in death and that
<br />she left surviving her as her sole and only heir -at -law one son, Harold G. Strasser, who is of
<br />legal age, and that all of the real estate or interest therein owned by the said Mathilda M. Strasser
<br />at the time of her death passed and descended to the said Harold G. Strasser by fee simple title
<br />abablute.
<br />IT IS, THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final report of the said
<br />Harold G. Strasser, administrator of the estate of Mathilda M. Strasser, deceased, be, and the same
<br />is, in all things approved and allowed as and for the final report of said administrator, and that
<br />
