<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE )

<br />MATHILDA M. STRASSER, DECEASED. )
<br />Now on this 24th day of July, 19460 this matter came on for hearing upon the final report of
<br />Harold G. Strasser, administrator of the estate of Mathilda M. Strasser, deceased, who was some-
<br />times known as Matilda M. Strasser, and upon the petition of said administrator for the allowance
<br />and approval of said report, settlement of said estate and his discharge herein, and the court being
<br />fully advised in the premises, finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the
<br />time and place fixed by the court for the hearing upon said final report, and there being no objections
<br />to said report and the court having examined the same, together with the vouchers on file, finds that
<br />said report is true and that the same ought to be approved and allowed as and for the final report
<br />of said administrator, said estate settled and closed, and the administrator discharged.
<br />The court further finds that the said Mathilda M. Strasser departed this life on the 9th day of
<br />December, 19421 and that at the time of her death she was a resident and inhabitant of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; that the said Mathilda M. Strasser died intestate; that a petition for letters of administra-
<br />tion was filed on March 8, 1943 asking that said estate be admitted to probate and that letters of
<br />administration be granted to the petitioner, Harold G. Strasser, the only child of the said Mathilda
<br />M. Strasser, upon the goods, real estate, chattels, rights and credits of said Mathilda M. Strasser,
<br />deceased, and that upon a hearing held upon said petition after notice was duly given to all persons
<br />interested in said estate, said estate was admitted to probate on the 1st day of April, 1943, and
<br />letters of administration were duly issued by this court to the said Harold G. Strasser on the
<br />estate of Mathilda M. Strasser, deceased.
<br />The court further finds that due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and
<br />place fixed by the court for filing claims against the estate of the deceased and that the time so
<br />fixed has fully expired, and that all persons having claims against said estate and not filed with-
<br />in the time limited by the court are forever barred and excluded from setting up or asserting any
<br />such claim against said estate; the court further finds that the administrator has paid the funeral
<br />expenses and all debts filed and allowed as claims against said estate and the costs of these
<br />proceedings, and that he has also paid the inheritance tax levied under the laws of the State of
<br />Nebraska and the federal estate tax due under the laws of the United States.
<br />The court further finds that the said Mathilda M. Strasser was possessed of the following real
<br />estate or interest therein at the time of her death, to -wit:
<br />An undivided one -half interest, subject to unpaid claims and bxpoAses in the;Estate of Frank
<br />Strasser, deceased, in the following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />Item 1 West Forty -four (44) feet of Lot Eight (8), Block Fifty -five (55), Original Town, now
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Item 2 Center one -third of Lot Eight (8), Block Fifty -four (54), Original Town, now City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Item 3 South Sixty -six (66) feet of Lots Three (3) and Four (44 and the East Fifty -seven (57)
<br />feet of the North Sixty -six (66) feet of Lot Three (3), Block Sixty -two (62), Original
<br />Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Item 4 South Twenty -two (22) feet of Lot Four (4), Block Forty (44, Original Town, now City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Item 5 Lot Three (3) and part of Lot Two (2) in Block Twenty -three (23), Nagy's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, said Lot Two (2) being described as beginning
<br />at the southwesterly corner of Lot 2, thence easterly along the south line of Lot 2 a
<br />distance of 32.19 ft.; thence northwesterly in a line which makes an angle of 58055' with
<br />the first line a distance of 31.24 ft.; thence to the right in a curved line with a radius
<br />of 125 ft. a distance of 65.9 ft. to a point in the westerly line of said Lot 22 40.9 ft.
<br />southerly from the northwesterly corner of said Lot 2; thence southerly in the westerly
<br />line of said Lot 2 a distance of 91.1 feet to point of beginning;
<br />Item 6 Lot Four (4), Block One Hundred Twenty -seven (127), Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Item 7 Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block One Hundred Eight (108), Railroad Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Item 8 That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NEJ NEJ) of Section Twenty-
<br />one (21), Township Eleven (11), North Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P. M., in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, described as follows: Starting at the corner of Sections 15, 16, 21
<br />and 22, T. 11, R. 9, West of the 6th P. M., thence 89032' west along the section line
<br />between Sections 16 and 21 a distance of 291.6 feet to its intersection with the north
<br />line of Anna Street, thence south 61039' west along said north line extended of Anna
<br />Street a distance of 366.4 feet as a place of beginning; thence south 61"391 west along
<br />said line extended of Anna Street a distance of 532.6 feet to its intersection with the
<br />east line of Clark Street, thence south 28021' east along the east line of Clark Street
<br />a distance of 220.feet to its intersection with the south line extended of Block 17,
<br />Windolph's Addition'; thence north 61039' east along the south line extended of Block 17,
<br />a distance of 532.6 feet; thence north 28021' west a distance of 22.0 feet to the place of
<br />beginning, containing 2.69 acres;
