<br />Now on this 2nd day of October, 1946 at ten O'Clock A. II. this matter came on for hearing
<br />on the petition of Anna. C. Bredenberg, survivin widow of the deceased and the files in the
<br />matter, and the Court ha.vin�; carefully examined the same, finds that said matter was set for
<br />hearing at said time . nfi place and that notice of the time and place of said. hearing has been
<br />given to all persons interested in said estate both creditors and 1neirs in the maftner provided by
<br />law and the Order of the Court and proof thereof has been filed. herein.
<br />This matter coming on further to be heard on the petition of the petitioner and the files
<br />In the case and the evidence introduced. by and on behalf of the._petitioner and the Court being
<br />fully advised in the premises, finds that the deceased was a resident and inhabitant of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Sebraska, at the time of his death and that he died intestate on the 30th
<br />day of March 1944 at Grand Island, Nebraska; that more than toro years have elapsed since the date
<br />of the death of the deceased and no petition for the administration of his estate has ever been
<br />filed in the State of Nebraska. or else7�rhere; that all claims or charges against his estate of
<br />every kind and nature have been paid or are barred by lapse of time; that no inheritance tax is
<br />due the state of ebraska.
<br />The Court further fine's that the deceased Oied possessed of the folloTrring described real
<br />property situated in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska.:
<br />All that part of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section Twenty five,
<br />To7Tnship Eleven, North, Rrange Ten, ',.!est of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, lying;; northT-resterly from a. line drawn two hundred feet northwesterly from
<br />and parallel to the centerline of the east bo -und main track of the Union Pacific Rail -
<br />road as constructed and operated over and across said Northwest 0,11a.rter of the North -
<br />,rest :waster of Section Twenty five.
<br />The Court further finds that the interest of the petitioner in the real property hereinbefore
<br />described is as survivin; Trl doT,r of the deceased and as an heir; that the heirs of the deceased,
<br />their degree of kinship an(�, t'leir right of descent in the real property of the deceased of which
<br />he died seized and possessed, and T, Tn.ich is hereinbefore described, are- as follows:
<br />Anna. C. Bredenberg, surviving wido-,r of the deceased, of Grand Island, Nebraska, an un-
<br />divided one -half interest; Helen Bredenberg Coddington, daughter of the deceased, of
<br />Colorado Sprin >rv,s, Color.a.do, an undivided. one -half interest.

<br />deceased as hereinbefore described, be assigned and set over unto the follo- -ing named persons in
