<br />IN THE COUNTY OF HAJ L COUNTY, 1N 13- RA:_);KA
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF FINAL DECREE
<br />DORA KATHERINE COLLINS, DECEASED. )
<br />Now on this 25th day of September, 1946, this cause came on for hearing upon the final report
<br />filed herein by Orville Robert Brott, administrator bf the estate of Dora Katherine Collins decease,_.
<br />and upon his petition for the approval and allowance of said report, settlement of said estate
<br />determination of the heirs and his discharge herein; the Court having examined the records end
<br />files and being fully advised in the premises finds:
<br />That Orville Robert Brott, son of the said Dora Katherine Collins, deceased, filed his petition
<br />in this Court March 14, 1946, alleging among other things that Dora Katherine Collins departed this
<br />life intestate on March 11, 1946, and was at that time a resident and inhabitant of said county
<br />and state, and was the owner of an estate to be administered in said county; that upon reading and
<br />filing said petition an order entered, fixing the tiihe and place for hearing the evidence in support
<br />of said petition carrying notice thereof to all interested parties by publishing said notice for
<br />three successive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent a legal newspaper published and eir=
<br />culated in said county.
<br />That said hearing was held, as hereto for ordered by the Court as by law required, and letters
<br />testamentary were granted to Orville Robert Brott upon the filing of his bond in this Court, as
<br />required by law.
<br />That due and legal notice has been given to all persons of the time and place fixed by the Court
<br />for filing claims against said estate, by publishing for three successive weeks in the Grand Island
<br />Daily Independent, as provided by lair, and that all persons having claims against said estate not
<br />filed within the time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, should be forever barred, excluded
<br />and enjoined from setting up of asserting any such claims against said estate;
<br />That said deceased departed, leaving surviving her as her heirs at law, and only heirs at law,
<br />and persons entitled to s,]:iare in her estate the following, to -wit:
<br />William Collins, husband, Grand Island, Nebraska.; Irene Mae Dobberstein, daughter, York,
<br />Nebraska; and Orville Roblert Brott, son, Grand Island, Nebraska, all of legal age;
<br />That said deceased died the owner of an estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska., consisting of
<br />real prope> >ty and personal property, said real estate being described as follow EE:
<br />That part of Lot Four (4) Fairacres Subdivision located on part of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SIC of Section Three (3), Township Eleven (11), North,Range Nine (9) west of the 6th P.M.
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot "our, thence east 212
<br />feet parallel with the north line of said Lot Four: thence south 204 feet parAll.el with the
<br />west line of said Lot Four: thence west 212 feet parallel with the north line of said Lot Four;
<br />thence north 204 feet parallel with the west line of said Lot Four, to the place of beginning,
<br />being a tract of ground with a frontage of 204 feet and a depth of 212 feet.
<br />That there was personal property consisting of a 1931 Chevrolet automobile and household goods;
<br />That the funeral expense, court cost, which were claims against said estate have been paid and
<br />satisfied; that this estate is not subject to inheritance tax under the laws of Nebraska of the
<br />United States of America;
<br />That the final report was filed and set down for hearing on September 25, 1946; that notices
<br />of said final report was published for three successive weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent,
<br />as by law required, and no one appearing to object to said report and the Court having examined
<br />the same finds that said report is true and correct in all things and shoulc, be settled and closed
<br />and. that administrator should be discharged.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that the heirs of the Decree are
<br />William Collins, husband of the deceased, Irene Mae Dobberstein, daughter, and Orville Robert
<br />Brott, son.
<br />IT S FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court, that title to the real property in
<br />this estate described as followin,r to -wit:
<br />That part of Lot Four (4) Fairraacres Subdivision located on part of the Southwest Quarter

<br />a tract of ground with a frontage of 204 feet and a depth of 212 feet.
<br />descends as law required to the said ;FTilliam Collins, Irene Mae Dobberstein, and Orville Robert
<br />Brott.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court, that the personalty in this estate,
<br />namely, 1931 Chevrolet automobile and the household goods descend as by law required to William
<br />Collins, Irene Mae Dobberstein and Orville Robert Brott.
<br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court, that the final report of the said
<br />Orville Robert Brott, administrator of the estate of Dora Katherine Collins, deceased be and the
<br />same is hereby in all things approved, confirmed, and allowed; that any claims against said estate
<br />be forever barred; that the said Orville Robert Brott is hereby discharged from his trust as ad-
<br />ministrator of said estate and surities on his official bond are released.
