<br />WILL AND DECPEE
<br />LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ALBERT A. WERTS
<br />i, Albert A. Werts, residing in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, do hereby revoke all
<br />wills and codicils heretofore made by me and I hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last
<br />will and testament in the manner and form following:
<br />I
<br />I direct that my executrix hereinafter named pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses,
<br />the expense of the administration of my estate as soon as may be convenient after my death.
<br />II
<br />I direct that the sum of Two Hundred Dollars shall be left to my executrix to be used for
<br />spiritual welfare in the manner which I have made known to my executrix.
<br />III
<br />I give, devvee and bequeath to my brother, George Werts, and to my sisters Ida Wright and
<br />Martha Fritz the sum of One Dollar each.
<br />IV
<br />All the rest, residue and remainder of my property of every kind and nature I give, devise
<br />and 'bequeath to my mother -in -law, Sarah Finerty, and to my sisters -in -law Norah Houlton, Sarah
<br />Garrett, Kathryn Connors, Margaret Finerty and Charlotte Garrison, share and share alike.
<br />V.
<br />In the event that Sarah Finerty should precede me in death I direct that her share shall be
<br />paid to my sister -in -law Margaret Finerty. In the event that any of sisters -in -law should precede
<br />me in death I direct that hershare will be divided equally among the surviving sisters -in -law.
<br />VI
<br />I hereby name, nominate and appoint my sister -in -law Sarah Garrett as executrix of this, my
<br />last will and testament, and direct that she shall not be required to give bond as such executrix.
<br />In witness whereof I have hereunt6'digned the foregoing instrument at Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />this 16th day of June, 1945.

<br />I, Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that
<br />on the 5th day of January 1946, the instrument purporting to be the last will ant testament of
<br />Albert A. Werts deceased, was filed for probate in this Court, That on the 30th day of January
<br />1946, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Albert A. Werts deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.
