<br />Alexander Robertson, Deceased. ) DECREE DISPENSING WITH ADMINISTRATION
<br />AND DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP
<br />BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this 25th day of September, A. D., 1946, this matter came on for
<br />hearing on the petition of Ellen Weaver for dispensing with administration and determination of
<br />heirship of the estate of Alexander Robertson, deceased, and the evidence, and the court being
<br />fully advised in the premises finds that notice of the time and place fixed for the hearing on said
<br />petition has been given by publication thereof, as ordered by the court, and as provided by law;
<br />that Alexander Robertson died intestatke on August 28, 1883, a resident and inhabitant of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and seized and possessed of Lot 2 of the County Sub - division of the West Half
<br />of the Southwest Quarter of Section 10, in Township 119 North of Range 9, Nest of the 6th P.M.,
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded, and being the same premises conveyed•
<br />to said Alexander Robertson by metes and bounds description by Warranty Deed from Oliver C. Hall
<br />and wife, dated July 18, 1881, and recorded in Book H, Page 571, of the Deed Records of Hall County;
<br />that more than two years have elapsed since the date of the death of the said Alexander Robertson,
<br />deceased, and no application for the appointment of an administrator of his estate -has been made
<br />In this state by any heirs or persons claiming to be creditors of the said deceased; that the
<br />said Alexander Robertson left surviving him as his sole and only heirs -at -law, the following named
<br />persons, to -wit:
<br />Jessie Robertson, widow
<br />John Robertson, a son
<br />Nellie Robertson, a daughter
<br />Jessie S. Robertson, a daughter
<br />Eunice K. Robertson, a daughter
<br />that he left no other living children, or the living issue of any deceased children, and that the
<br />above named persons are the sole and only heirs of his estate, and the only persons interested
<br />therein.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that administration of
<br />the said estate be dispensed with; that Alexander Robertson died intestate on August 28, 18830 a
<br />resident and inhabitant of Hall County, Nebraska; that the said Jessie Robertson, John Robertson,
<br />Nellie Robertson, Jessie S. Robertson, and Eunice K. Robertson are the sole and only heirs of his
<br />estate; that the real estate hereinbefore described descended by law and is hereby assigned to the
<br />said Jessie Robertson, John Robertson, Nellie Robertson, Jessie S. Robertson, and Eunice K. Robertson
