Tiedeman, of Cairo in the County of Hall, State of Nebraska being of sound <br />mind and memory, " and considering the uncertainty of this frail and transitory life, do therefore <br />make, ordain, publish and declare this to be my last WILL AND TESTAMENT: <br />FIRST, I order and direct that my Executor hereinafter named, pay all my just debts and <br />funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be. <br />SECOND, after the payment of such funeral expenses and debts, I give, devise and bequeath to <br />my daughter, Mrs. May Fleischer, now of Oconto, Nebraska, all household goods. To my nephew <br />Charles Tiedeman my watch. To my nephew William Tiedeman, my large leather upholstered rocking <br />chair and my personal-wearing apparel. After above bequests are made, I give and bequeath to my <br />brother, John Tiedeman, now of Gloversville, New York, one -half of all the goods, both real and <br />personal, of which I may be possessed at the time of my death. The other one -half to be divided <br />share and share alike to the following: My daughter, Mrs. May Fleischer, now of Octono, Nebraska, <br />and my nephews William Tiedeman, now of Gloversville, New York, John Tiedeman, now at Bleeker, <br />'New York, and C. H. Moats, now at Lead City, South Dakota. <br />LASTLY, I make, constitute and appoint J. H. Harrison or Elliott Harrison, or both to be <br />Executors of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal, the 7th day of <br />April in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred ten. <br />Charles A. That on-�the 7th day of July 1913, <br />said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed as <br />the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said Charles A.
