<br />FINAL DECREE
<br />IN THE COUNTY COURT OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE
<br />OF JAMES F. ASHLEY. DECEASED. D E C R E E
<br />Now on this 25th day of July, 1946, this matter came on to be heard upon the pleadings and
<br />the evidence and was submitted to the court, on consideration whereof the court finds that due and
<br />legal notice of this proceedings has been given to all persons interested in said matter, both
<br />creditors and heirs as required by law. That all of the statements and allegations set forth in
<br />said petition are true; that the said James F. Ashley died intestate in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on the 20th day of January, 1990, seized and posscessed at the time of his death of the
<br />following described real estate, to -wit:
<br />All that part of the southeast quarter of the northwest quarter (SE 1/4 NW 1/4) of section
<br />seventeen (17) in township eleven (11), north, range nine (9) west of the sixth P.M. formerly
<br />being and comprising blocks five (5), six (6), seven (7), ten (10), eleven (11), twelve (12),
<br />thirteen (13) fourteen (14) and fifteen (15) in "West View ", being a subdivision of the SE 1/4
<br />of the NW 174 of section 17, township 11, north, range 9 west of the sixth P.M.now vacated,
<br />together with the streets and alleys adjacent thereto and connected with said blocks, as shown
<br />by deed of vacation recorded in book 26 at page 404 of the deed records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of the southeast
<br />quarter of the northwest quarter of section 17, in township 11, north, range 9 west of the 6th
<br />P.M. running thence north along the west boundary line thereof, approximately 962 feet, to the
<br />south line of Thomas Street in said West View; thence east along the south line of Thomas Street
<br />approximately 911 feet, to the west line of Howard Street, in said West View; thence south along
<br />said west line of Howard Street, approximately 966 feet, to the south boundary line of said south-
<br />east quarter of the northwest quarter of said section 17; thence west along said south boundary
<br />line, approximately 911 feet, to the place of beginning.
<br />That no application has been made in the State of Nebraska, for the appointment of an
<br />administrator of the estate of said deceased. That the sole and only heir at law of James F.
<br />Ashley, was his wife, Georgia A. Ashley; and that said real estate descended to said Georgia A.
<br />Ashley.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that the real estate above described
<br />be and the same hereby is assigned to the said Georgia A. Ashley.
<br />IT IS FURTHER CONSIDERED AND ADJUDGED BY THE COURT that all claims and demands against the
<br />estate of deceased, whether due or to become due, whether absolute or contingent, be and the same
<br />hereby are forever barred.

<br />the Matter of the Estate of James F. Ashley, Deceased, with the
<br />original record thereof, now remaining in said Court, that the same is a correct transcript
<br />thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said Court is a Court of Record having a
<br />seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has no Clerk authorized to sign certificates
<br />in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of said Seal and of the Records of said Court,
<br />and that the foregoing attestation is in due form of law.
