<br />TESTAMENT, CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE OF WILL, AND FINAL DECREE in the Matter of the Estate of
<br />Sarah J. Boyle, Deceased, with the original record therof, now remaining in said Court, that
<br />the same is a correct transcript thereof, and of the whole of such original record; that said
<br />Court is a Court.of Record:.having a seal, which seal is hereto attached; that said Court has
<br />no Clerk authorized to sign certificates in his own name, and that I am the legal custodian of

<br />WILL AND DECREE
<br />I, Amelia Heitz, widow, of Doniphan, Nebraska, being of sound mind and disposing
<br />memory, do make and publish this, my last will and testament, in the manner and form following,
<br />that is to say:
<br />FIRST.
<br />I direct that my ,just debts, if any, and the expenses attending my burial, be paid out of my
<br />personal estate.
<br />SECOND.
<br />I give and devise to my son, Edison Heitz, the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of
<br />Section Three (3), in Township Nine (9) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., and the
<br />south half of the southwest quarter of section Thirty -four (34), in Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., all in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />THIRD.
<br />I give and bequeath to my said son, Edison Heitz, all of my personal property, including live
<br />stock, farm machinery, and grain, belonging to me at the time of my death.
<br />FOURTH.
<br />I give, devise, and bequeath all of the rest, residue, and remainder of the real estate of which
<br />I shall die the owner, to my sons, George Heitz and Charles Heitz, and my daughters, Louisa
<br />Spiehs and Clara. Richmond, share and share alike.
<br />FIFTH.
<br />I nominate and appoint my son, Edison Heitz, as executor of this will.
<br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 11th day of December, A.D. 1936.

<br />I. Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said
<br />County, do hereby certify that on the 6th day of February 1946, the instrument purporting to be
<br />the last will and testament of Amelia Heitz deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That
<br />on the 6th day of March 1946, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly
<br />proved, probated and allowed as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of
<br />said Amelia Heitz deceased, and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court
<br />aforesaid.
