<br />L�kST WILL OF HENRY FRI ESMAN
<br />I. Henry Friesman, being of sound and disposing mind and of sound memory, do hereby make,
<br />publish and declare this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all prior wills. by me made:
<br />1. I direct that all my dust debts, together with.the expenses of my last illness and funeral,
<br />be paid.
<br />2. To my sin, Harry Friesman, I five my farm known as the South Half (Sj), of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (SEA,), of Section Twenty 20), Township Eleven (11), Range Eleven (11), in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, provided however, that the said marry Friesman shall not have the power to sell,.mortg-
<br />age or otherwise dispose of the property during the term of his natural life and further provided,
<br />that the said property shall not be subject to the debts of the said Harry Friesman. '
<br />3. To my son, George F. Friesman, I give the sum of 'Ten Dollars ($10.00).
<br />4. To my divorced wife May Mullen Friesman, I give nothing as she has already been provided for
<br />in the settlement made at the time of our divorce.
<br />5. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate I give, devise and bequeath to my son, the
<br />said Harry Friesman,
<br />Dated at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 11th day of December, 1940.

<br />We, the undersigned, do hereby certify that Henry Friesman signed the foregoing in our
<br />presence, declaring the` -,same to be his last Will and Testament and we, at his request, in his
<br />presence, and in the presence of each other, do hereby subscribe our names hereto as attesting

<br />At a session of the County Court held in the County Court Room in Grand island, in said
<br />County, on the 9th day of December, 1942.

<br />Henry Friesman, deceased,
<br />Z, Paul N. Kirk, Judge of the County Courvin and for said County, do hereby certify that
<br />on the 13th day of November, 19420 the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament
<br />of Henry Friesman, deceased, was filed for probate in this Court. That on`th:e 9th day of December,
<br />1942, said instrument to which this certificate is attachedwas duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and peral estate of said Henry Friesman, deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the recv ds of the Court aforesaid.
<br />In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the County Court,
<br />this 9th day of December, 1942.

<br />and William Friesman was appointed Administrator with said Will Annexed upon his furnishing bond
<br />in the sum of $1,000.00 as ordered by this Court, which bond was furnished and- approved, the
<br />Court further finds that said Henry Friesman at the time of his death, was a cAvorced man and
<br />not a married man and that he left the following heirs -at -law and only heire -at -law, to -Wit:
<br />Harry Friesman, a son, and George Friesman, a son, both of whom are over the age of 21 years.
<br />FOURTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 9th day of December, 1942, an order of this Court
<br />was made allowing creditors three months from and after the 6th day of January, 1943, in uh ich
<br />to file their claims against said estate and said Administrator with Will Annexed, one year in
<br />which to settle said estate, and further ordering that a notice to creditors be published in the
<br />Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper published and dirculating in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />for three successive weeks prior to the 6th day of January, 1943, and that a hearing on claims
<br />filed against said estate would be held at the office of the County Judge of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on the 8th day of April, 1943, at 9 o'clock A. M., and it appears by proof on file
<br />that notice of said order was published as ordered by this Court.
<br />FIFTH
<br />The Court further finds that on the 3rd day of February, 1943, said William Friesman,
<br />Administrator with Will annexed of said estate, filed in this Court his inventory of the. property
<br />of said estate, and that according to said inventory, the deceased died seized and possessed of
<br />the following described property, to -wit:
<br />East Half (Ef), of Lot Three (3), in Wilson's Sub- division of a part of section Three (3) in
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P. M. in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />according to the recorded plat thereof
<br />South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S* SEJ), of Section Twenty (20), in Tpvmship Eleven (11)
<br />North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6th P. M. in Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Personal property of the value of $615.69
