An undivided one - third (113) interest in Lot No. Seven (7) in Bloch No. One Hundred <br />Sixty -four (164) in the Tounsite of Francitas, in Jackson County, Texas, as shown by the recorded <br />plat thereof in tF ,.e office of the County Clerk of Jackson County, Texas. <br />8. By virtue of the Statutes of Descent in he Compiled Statutes of the State of Nebraska, in <br />full force and effect at the date of the death of Anna Iii. Donner, deceased, the above said <br />described real estate herein set out descended, at the time of the death of Anna M. Donner, <br />deceased, to tier sole and only heirs -at -law as herein set out in the following shares: <br />William Edward Dopier: an undivided one -half (1 2) interest; <br />Verona Donner Clark:: an undivided one -half (1/2 interest; <br />share and share alike, as tenants in common. <br />9. This estate is not subject to the payment of either federal or state inheritances taxes. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the aforesaid final report, <br />filed herein by W. W. Ray, administrator of the estate of Anna I1. Donner, deceased, be and the <br />same is hereby in all things approved, confirmed and allowed as and for the said administrator's <br />final report, the said estate is settled and closed, the administrator is discharged, and the <br />surety on his official bond is released from any furtizer liability in said matter. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that all claims against this estate <br />have been fully paid and satisfied; that all expenses for the last illness and funeral of the <br />said Anna I,7. Donner, deceased, have been paid in full; that all other expenses of said estate, <br />including the expenses of both the special administration and the administration of said estate, <br />and including Court costs, publication fees, the fees of 71. t'1. Ray as special administrator, the <br />fees of W. V'1. Ray as administrator, and the fees of Paine & Paine, attorneys, have been paid in <br />full; t,.at all persons ;laving claims Against said estate, not filed within the time fixed by the <br />Court, if any such trlere be, are forever barred, excluded and enjoined from setting up or <br />asserting any claims whatsoever against said estate. <br />IT IS FTTRT_- =ER O.'=-RED, ADJUDGED AT1D DECREED BY TIE COURT that Anna 11. Donner passed away on the <br />11th day of December, A. D., 1945, intestate, being at that time a citizen and a resident of <br />Hall County, Nebraska; that she left surviving tier as her heirs -at -law and sole and only heirs - <br />at -law, tree following: <br />William Edward Donner, a brother, of 2112 Oak Glen Place, Los Angeles, California, over twenty- <br />one ;rears of age; <br />Verona Donner Clark, a sister, of 430 North Fifteenth Street, Corvallis, Oregon, over twenty - <br />one years of age; J <br />that the said Anna i1. Donner, deceased, was a single woman at the time of tier decease, she was <br />never married, she did not leave surviving her any husband or children, and tier father and <br />mother both predeceased her in death, her father, Christian J. Donner, also sometimes known as <br />CI-xistain J. Donner and as Christian John. Donner, having passed away in Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on the 19th day of August, 1935, and tier mother, Lydia I1. Donner, also some- <br />times known as Lyda 1I. Donner and as Lydia Otto Donner, having passed away in Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, on the 26th day of December, 1 42. <br />IT IS F7TRTTiER ORDERED, ADJUDGED ARTD DECREED BY THE COURT that all of the real estate owned by <br />tine said Anna 11. Donner, deceased, at the time of tier death, of which tiie deceased died ab zed <br />and possessed, to -wit: <br />(1). All of Lot Three (3) in Bloch One Hundred Thirty -two (132) of Koenig & Wiebe's Addition <br />to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, including a tract beginning at the southeast corner of <br />Lot Three (3) in Blocis One Hundred Thirty -two (132) of Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, and running thence in a northerly direction along the easterly line of <br />said lot thirty (30)feet, thence at right angles in a westerly direction forty -one (41) feet <br />and six (6) inches, thence at right angles in a southerly direction thirty (30) feet to the <br />south line of said lot, thence at right angles in an easterly direction along the south line of <br />said lot forty -one (41) feet and six (6) inches to the place of beginning; <br />(2). Lot Tvao (2) in Bloch One Hundred Thirty -two (132) of Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />(3) . No. One Hundred <br />Sixty -four (164) in the Townsite of Francitas, in Jackson County, Texas, as shown by the recorded <br />plat thereof in the oft-ice of the County Clerk of Jackson County, Texas; <br />did descend at the time of her death, and passed by fee simple title absolute, under and by <br />virtue of the Statutes of Descent of the State of Nebraska, in full force and effect at the time <br />of the death of the said Anna M.
