<br />NOW, on this 31st day of July, A. D., 1946, this cause came on for hearing upon the final
<br />report filed herein by W. W. Ray, tine duly appointed, qualified and acting administrator of the
<br />estate of Anna M. Donner, deceased, together with the petition for the approval and allowance of
<br />said report, settlement of said estate and his discharge herein; and the Court having examined
<br />the records and files herein, including said final report, heard the evidence in support there-
<br />of, and being fully advised in the premises and from proof on file, finds that:
<br />1. notice of said hearing has been duly given to all persons interested in said estate by
<br />publication in the Grand Island Daily Independent for three successive weeks, as required by law.
<br />2. The final report is true and correct in all rerspects, and is hereby approved and allowed as
<br />the final report of administration, the estate is hereby settled and closed, and said administra-
<br />tor is discharged, and surety on his official bond is released from any further liability in said
<br />matter.
<br />3. Due notice has been given to all persons having claims against said estate of the time and
<br />place fixed for a hearing thereon by publication in the Grand Island Daily Independent for three
<br />successive weeks, as provided by law, and a decree has been duly entered herein on the 9th day
<br />of Play, 1946, ordering that all persons having claims against said estate, not filed within the:
<br />time fixed by the Court, if any such there be, should be forever barred and excluded from
<br />setting up or asserting any such claims against said estate.
<br />4. All claims filed against the estate of Anna 11. Donner, deceased, within the time provided
<br />by lava have been fully paid and satisfied, includin, all expenses connected v1th the funeral and
<br />last illness of the said Anna I. Donner, deceased; and all other expenses of sAid estate,
<br />including both the special administration of the estate of Anna M. Donner, deceased, and the: -
<br />administration of the estate of Anna M. Donner, deceased, have been paid in full, including Court
<br />costs, publication fees, fair and reasonable fees to W. W. Ray special administrator of the
<br />estate of Anna T:. Donner, deceased, and to W. W. Ray, administrator of the estate of Anna M. Donner
<br />deceased, and fair and reasonable fees to Paine & Paine, attorneys for said estate; and the
<br />receipts are in proper order.
<br />5. All personal property remaining, after payment in full of all claims against said estate
<br />and payment in full of all other expenses of both the special administration and the administration
<br />of said estate, have now been assigned and paid, upon the approval and order of the Court, to
<br />the sole and only heirs -at -law of the said Anna M. Donner, deceased, namely, William Edward Donner
<br />and Verona Donner Clark., share and share alike, and receipts from each of said heirs showing
<br />payment in full of each share are on file herein and in proper order, and no more personal pro-
<br />perty or cash remain on hand in said estate.
<br />6. Anna M. Donner passed away intestate in the City of Grand Island, County of Hall and State
<br />of Nebraska, on the 11th day of December, A. D., 1945, being at that time a citizen and a resident
<br />of the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, and possessing property in said County, and leaving
<br />surviving; her as tier heirs -at -law and sole and only heirs -at -law, the following
<br />William Edward Donner, a brother, of 2112 Oats Glen Place, Los Angeles, California, over twenty -
<br />one years of age;
<br />Verona Donner Clark, a sister, of 430 North. Fifteenth Street, Corvallis, Oregon, over twenty -
<br />one years of age;
<br />and the said Anna IA. Donner, deceased, was a single woman at the time of tier decease, she was
<br />never married, she did not leave surviving tier any husband or chlldreni, and her father and
<br />mother both predeceased her in death, her father, Christian J. Donner, also somethimes known as
<br />ghristain J. Donner and as Christian John Donner, having passed away in Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />NebraslLa, on the 19th day of August, 1935, and her mother, Lydia TS%. Donner, also sometimes known
<br />as Lyda M. Donner and as Lydia Otto Donner, having; passed away in Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on the 26tth day of December, 1942.
<br />7. At the time of her death, Anna M. Donner died seized and possessed as the owner, by fee
<br />simple title absolute, of the following described real estate:
<br />(1). All of Lot Three (3) in Bloch One Hundred Thirty -two (132) of Koenig & Wiebe's Addition
<br />to ti-le City of Grand Island, Nebraska, including a tract beginning at the southh -east corner of
<br />Lot Three (3) in Bloch One Hundred Thirty -two (132) of Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, and running thence in a northerly direction along the easterly ine of
<br />said lot thhirty (30) feet, thence at right angles in a westerly direction forty -one (41) feet and
<br />six (6) inches, thence at right angles in a southerly direction thirty (30) Feet to the south line
<br />of said lot, thence at right angles in an easterly direction along the south line of said lot
<br />forty -one (41) feet and six (6) inches to tine place of beginning.
<br />(2). Lot Two (2) in Bloch One Hundred Thirty -two (132) of Koenig & Wiebe's Addition to the
<br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
