<br />At a Session of the County Court held in the County tOourt Room in Grand Island, in said County,

<br />George A. Hoes, Deceased
<br />1. Charles Bossert, Judge of the County Court, in and for said County, do hereby certify that
<br />on the 20th day of July 1945, the instrument purporting to be the last will and testament of
<br />George A. Hoes deceased, was filed for probate in this Court, That on the 17th day of August
<br />1945, said instrument to which this certificate is attached was duly proved, probated and allowed
<br />as the last will and testament of the real and personal estate of said George A. Hoes deceased,
<br />and the same was ordered to be recorded in the records of the Court aforesaid.

<br />Now on this 23rd day of July, 1946, this matter dame-- on to be heard on the final account and
<br />petition for discharge of John F. McCarthy, administrator with will annexed, of the estate of
<br />George Hoes, deceased, and for the distribution of the personal property of said estate, the
<br />assiwnment of the real estate of said estate, and the evidence, and was submitted to the court
<br />on consideration wl,lereof the court finds that due and legal notice of the time and place of hearing
<br />on said final account and petition for discharge has been given to all persons interested in said
<br />estate, as provided by law; and that said hearing was continued from June 20th, 1946, thereupon
<br />the court being fully advised in the premises finds as follows:
<br />1.
<br />That the said amended final account of the said John F. McCarthy, administrator with will
<br />annexed, of the estate of said Geroge Hoes, deceased, is in all respects, just, true, and tyorrect;
<br />that due notice to creditors has been given; that all claims allowed against said estate havenbeen
<br />duly paid and satisfied, and that said estate is now solvent; that there is no federal or State
<br />inheritance tax due against said estate.

<br />The court further finds that the following heirs are the only heirs at law of George Hoes,
<br />deceased; namely, James W. Hoes, brother, Grand Island, Nebraska; Bertha D. Cordes, sister, St.
<br />Libor, Nebraska; William Dudey, nephew, Grand Island, Nebraska and Ethel Dressen, niece) Payette,
<br />Idaho, who are the son and daughter respectively of Elizabeth I. Dudey, deceased, sister of Geroge
<br />Hoes; and Donald J. Coleman, Denver, Colorado, nephew, who is the son of Bessie Mo Coleman, deceased,
<br />a sister of Geroge Hoes.

<br />The court further finds that the deceased was the fee owner at the time of his death of the
<br />following described real estate, to-wit:
<br />Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) in Block Two (2) of Schimmer's Addition to the City of Grand
<br />I sland..
<br />Southerly Fifty Nine (59) Feet of Lot One (1) in Block Five (5) In the original Town, now
<br />City, of Grand Island, Nebraska
<br />and other personal securities consisting of money, stocks, liquidation certifeates, which descends
<br />and is assigned according to the terms and provisions of Vie last will and testament of said
<br />deceased.

<br />The Court further finds that an order was granted for the sale of certain personal properties
<br />that were beneficial to the best interest of said estate, and that the money derived therefrom is
<br />part of the personal propert,'Ir of this estate.
<br />IT IS THEREFORE COJ�SIDERED , ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED BY THE COURT that the final account
<br />of the said John F. McCarthy administrator with will annexed, of the estate of George Hoes,
<br />deceased, be and the same is hereby in all things approved, confirmed, and allowed; that the costs
<br />of administration of said estate have been paid in full, and that the personal and real property
<br />descend as by will provided and that upon the filing of receipts of the heirs for their respective
<br />bequests, that the said John F. 1,71cCart,4Y will be discharged from his trust as administrator with
<br />will annexed of said estate and the sureties on his official bond will be released.
